There are few guests staying in the hotel during the off-season, but the hotel staff are very considerate and polite, and the service is particularly good. The hotel should be one of the best in Dalat Banner Town. Those who want to stay in a better place have no other choice. The parking lot is large and there are charging piles. The room is also quite large and clean. The breakfast is rich. The hotel is not far from the desert scenic spot by car. Overall it is good. It's just that the front desk made a mistake in payment. I booked the QuickPass on Ctrip to stay now and pay later. I explained it to the front desk when applying for the room card, but the front desk had to prepay 800 yuan first. In the end, the hotel and Ctrip had to repeat the payment after check-out. The room payment was deducted. If I hadn't noticed that the room payment was deducted twice, I would have to bear the cost of one more night's room. I hope the hotel will not make such a low-level mistake again.
