Ulasan Nature Boutique Hotel

Saya diupgrade ke kamar yang lebih tinggi sehingga kamarnya luas. Tapi kamarnya tidak didekorasi seperti kamar lain di hotel tetapi memiliki ***a yang sama dengan homestay kecil yang lebih murah, jadi saya kurang puas dengan bagian ini. Soalnya mungkin karena kamarnya baru direnovasi, perabotannya bersih dan tampak baru.

1.房間沒有空調，原以為18-25℃的大叻天氣會很冷，誰知道早上很熱，晚上房間很悶。 2.門隔音很差，而且陳舊，需要用很猛的力才能關牢，不知道是不是大部分房間都這樣，我的家庭房的確是這樣的。 3.酒店的人大部分衹會説越南語，如衹會中文的需謹慎選擇。 4.大叻會經常下雨，一旦下雨酒店門前的路直接淹掉了，出行困難。 5.我一共住了3天兩夜，一共停電4次，一次還是深夜停電的，然後門外就開始吵鬧了，嚇死個人。 6.酒店下水道味道很重，廁所都是下水道的味道。 總結：我也是第一次住酒店會集齊了我最不喜歡的住宿條件。誰選誰知道。以上評論都算是中肯評價，已經説得非常客氣了，還有很多衞生等細節沒講。 另外我在大叻住過另外一家hotel colline，推薦可以去。

Stafnya ramah, wifi-nya bagus, dan lokasinya oke. Kamarnya bersih dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Kamarnya berada di ruang bawah tanah dan mereka tidak mencantumkannya di pemesanan. Anda harus benar-benar membaca ketentuan yang tertera saat melakukan pemesanan untuk melihat apakah kamar tersebut memiliki jendela karena kami tidak tahu bahwa tidak ada yang menyebutkannya. Untungnya kami hanya menginap di sana selama dua malam, jadi bisa diatur tetapi tidak menyenangkan.

Hotel ini buruk sekali, saya sangat kecewa dengan cara kerja hotel ini. Saya memesan kamar deluxe dengan pemandangan tetapi ketika saya tiba mereka menempatkan saya di kamar loteng. Kamarnya benar-benar berbeda dari kamar yang saya pesan, kamarnya kecil dan tidak ada cahaya, kamarnya selalu gelap dan toiletnya tersumbat

Tucked away on a quiet street, this sexy hotel gets its name from the beautiful pine tree forest across from it. The decor is quite modern and definitely Vietnamese, and the staff works hard to maintain a clean, elegant ambiance. Our spacious room featured a comfortable king bed, a very hot shower and a lengthy balcony overlooking the quaint street and trees. All amenities including cable TV, mini-fridge, teapot and safe worked perfectly. Like in many hotel rooms in Vietnam, a paint touch-up on the walls would be an easy fix, but that's a minor issue. The staff here is friendly, competent and helpful, and they prepare a nice, simple breakfast each morning. The neighborhood is close to the city center and lake, but not in a noisy area. You'll find an array of local restaurants within walking distance. In a city with thousands of hotel options, I'm really happy we chose this one over all others, and if I'm ever back in Dalat, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel has 2 types of room. With or without windows and no air condition. I got the room without window. The room is tiny and has a moldy smell. It’s like a small match box and it can be quite hot and humid. If you are not willing to pay twice as much for the room with the window, then don’t come here.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in Da Lat. You get a decent room with a shower and toilet. Its not the Ritz or very fancy but it is clean, well kept and very well priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Scooter rental is Ð150 000 per day and the bikes are good! Laundry is the cheapest we have paid - Ð30 000 per kg. Its not fancy but if you want a reasonble place that is decent - this is it!

We are a family of five with three little children, we booked four days but stayed only two because the hotel didn't have hot water(the weather is cold and there was no heating in the room). The manager promised it will be fixed the next day but nothing happened. The manager promised us a refund for 2 days but never did it and he avoided Agoda service center messages and our emails. big disappointment, think twice if you are willing to take chances with that hotel and suffer with hotel issues instead of enjoying your trip.

Room filled with moths, called the front desk to ask to change room and they said, that would be an extra charge for room change. Room has no windows or fan/ac to get air flowing so consequently it smells like mold in the room. Would not recommend. They need to have circulation in this room to reduce moths and mold smell.

I would have given an excellent rating if it wasn't for the misunderstanding that occurred on the night of our arrival. If you are arriving in the wee hours, please make sure to inform them way in advance even if you have fully paid for the accommodation. Nevertheless, a service recovery was offered by the general manager, Mr Tuan, and we were all very much happy and satisfied with how they have handled the situation. My family loved the 2 bedroom suite and I highly recommend this hotel for its polite staffs and cleanliness! Its a new hotel and not too big but definitely close to the center and worth the price!
