Ulasan Terracotta Hotel & Resort Dalat

Resor ini terletak 5-6 km dari Dalat. Resor ini dikelilingi oleh hutan pohon pinus dan menawarkan pemandangan danau yang sangat indah. Tidak berisik, Anda akan dapat tidur nyenyak dan nyenyak. Kami benar-benar menikmati masa inap kami. Restoran ini memiliki pilihan makanan internasional yang cukup terbatas. Namun, Anda dapat memesan makanan yang dapat diantar.

Hotel ini agak jauh dari pusat kota Dalat, tetapi kompleksnya sangat besar dengan lingkungan yang sangat indah di Danau Tuyen. Kamarnya bagus dan luas, dan sangat bersih.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Beautiful resort amidst pine trees. Nice environment to relax and rest. Hotel provide free shuttle to Dalat city. Will come back again.

Soooo good, the service and amenity is just perfect. As a tourist I think this is the best hotel that you’d stay in dalat.

My second time visit. This hotel does not disappoint me as always. Kind services, peaceful environment, clean facilities etc. When I go to the downtown, it's very easy to take taxi. They are waiting us almost every chance when we need. Anyway this hotel is the place I choose whenever I visit DALAT.

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

Nice place to relax and enjoy for a family trip, away from busy city

1. The location was horrible. If you are not a group traveller, you'll spend so much money only for taxi to go to the city center and come back to hotel. There is nothing nearby, even mart for snacks or beer, water. You can order some from the hotel but as you can imagine, it is expensive . 2. No balcony at the room, delux twin room. From the picture of the hotel, I misunderstood that I may have balcony, but not. 3. Noise protection was none. You can hear all the sound from the next room, their conversation and TV sound, also the noise from the corridor. It made me crazy. 4. Swimming pool was horrible. Very small like a bathtub and dirty. I didn't want to put even my feet there. 5. Breakfast was ok but do not eat pasta. They don't know how to make pasta sauce at all. Very diluted and no savory. Though, the carbonara I ordered as room service was good. 6. The staffs' attitude were not nice. I know that they must have felt tired to deal with the customers' requirements, though, for the customers, their heartless attitudes degrade the experience of staying at this hotel. Overall, I don't feel like it has quality for 4 star hotel.

Far from the center but in a beautiful location facing the lake!

조용한 호수가에 위치해있어 좋았고 조식도 괜찮았습니다 조식당 발밑에 비둘기들이 계속돌아다녀 위생상 좋아보이진 않았습니다 주변산책하기 좋아서 좀돌아다니면 좋아요 호수가도 이쁩니다
