My recent stay at this hotel was spoiled by disappointing encounters with the night receptionist (male) and food caterer mr. Nitin. The receptionist's rudeness and lack of help, ***** with the caterer's unfriendly attitude, made my experience less enjoyable. The caterer's comments like "if you don't know, don't order food, first check and then call" and "don't waste our time" were particularly off-putting. The hotel needs to improve its customer service to keep up its reputation for being welcoming.
