My Google Review # 000395 Stayed here last month for a conference. The place is huge and the rooms are very spacious. It is at the fag end of South Goa it seems. A very serene and quite surrounding indeed. The property was operated by Oberoi Group earlier as per my cabbie. The views from the room are fantastic and you are sure to get relaxed. It is a beach property and that too in the real sense. The pool overlooks the beach and the beach overlooks the sea. The beach is clean too. So, it is even more relaxing and invigorating. The staff is good and the property is very old but well maintained. The toilets were also done up recently it seems. Pool is good and big enough. Kids pool is separate. Feedback: The lift is scary. I almost got sandwiched many a times, due to the power issues. They could have taken care about the power fluctuation as it is a regular issue. The food sucks. The mashed potatoes smelled of fish. The dosa was soggy. The chutney was too sour. All vegetables tasted alike. Even the tea was horrible. The bread and butter – which is the saviour in such times – also was very weary. Taxis from and to the airport are available and this is a known place to many.

The location of this property is stellar. Literally right on the beach. The staff are particularly warm and hospitable, always ready to help and offering solutions whenever a problem cropped up. I would like to specifically thank Rita, who was ultra professional, very kind, solutions oriented and prompt and Karishma who was warm, kind and empathetic. Jyoti too was good at the reception. In-room dining was good too and my overall experience was relaxing, rejuvenating and happy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in South Goa.

Hospitality, food, location, staff and the hotel itself is an absolute 10 on 10. We will surely visit again!! Best part is that it’s nearest to the airport!! My son particularly enjoyed pool and had an amazing experience. Will surely recommend

Amazing resort with great beach views I had a flight layover which made me visit the reaort and had lunch there. Did nit disappoint at all. Was able to catch sunset with great view point and experienced hygiene and amaizng service through staff. Super cooperative with every request.

We had a very pleasant stay. This property is a hidden gem with access to one of the cleanest beaches. The view from the sea facing room was one of the best we have had so far. Food was great. Professional staff. Mr. Amit Mishra, the front office manager, was very helpful right from the check-in till our check-out ensuring the process was smooth. Ms. Rita felt like a senior family member warmly greeting us everytime and taking care of our needs. Definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're coming with family.

We stayed in the Resort from 8-10 Sep to celebrate our 3 year daughters birthday. Overall the experience was superb. 5 star for the location and the behaviour of the staff who were humble and down to earth. Must mention about Mr Azaad (chef), Mr. Kalpesh, Ms. Rita( guest relationship) for making this stay a memorable one. Thanks to all of them The food (we had breakfast and dinner package) was amazing, the cleanliness of the room and the pool was worth mentioning. The only issue we faced was the early checkin ( as we had an early fight from Mumbai) and the hotel do not have an complimentary early checkin even if rooms are available. We were traveling with our kid and were dead tired after a early morning flight. So after lots of request Ms. RITA ensured that we could chekin before the scheduled checkin time. Thanks to her.

One of the Best Properties with Awesome View. The staff was very cooperative and well mannered. There was a little issue with the food initially but special thanks to the Chef Mohd. Azad, who gave personal attention to match our taste. Lots of thanks to Mr. Gautam and Mr. Chandan, the Restaurant Managers and to Mr. Manthan, Mr. Amit (Room Service) and Ms. Pooja. It was a pleasant stay here.

the hotel is too good. we had room no 517 deluxe room with sea view. . the sea view was mind blowing. . the room was literally on the sea. . vast expanse of the sea visible starting from right below the room. . the breakfast buffet was very tasty as well. . lastly staff is extremely kind. . special thanks to Amit Mishra and Legreda

Excellent views and great service. Loved the experience. Even the food or juice ordered for our toddler as room service was provided as complimentary services. Special mention to Divya from the reception who personally showed us around for the kids amenities. The infrastructure could be better as it is a very old establishment and needs renovation.
