Hotel claim to have a gym but was not in sight. The pool sadly was under maintenance for duration of my stay.. Pool is also quite small vs other pools which are visible nearby. Breakfast spread was great and full of variety. Do not think think cleaning crew vacuums or sweeps the floor, just make the bed and make the bed. Location close to beach and 2 mins walk away. 5 star for location but nothing to rave about this hotel, definitely will not repeat my stay here.

The hotel is nice, good location, very close to the beach. Staffs is friendly, go to level 17 for swim and meet Tom, he will help you take a lot of nice photos 😀

Нам достался номер с видом на улицу, и мы очень рады, что окно открывалось. В ванной тоже было окошко, можно было проветривать помещения. Но на улице рано утром раздавался шум включающейся вытяжки отеля напротив. Красивый холл. Номер чистый, добротная мебель, минибар охлаждал. Уборка качественная, своевременная. Обслуживание в отеле на высоком уровне. В последний день на завтраке была большая группа туристов, и персонал ресторана достойно справился с наплывом. Благодарны за раннее заселение и вкусные завтраки. Нас заботливо опекала девушка Quin, хорошо владеющая английским языком, спасибо ей!

環境：非常好，距離美溪海灘就最多5分鐘，非常近，儘管不在海邊上 設施：房間有點小，不過很舒服，就是熱水有些不穩定，一開始特別熱，後面慢慢變冷，懷疑是小廚寶燒的，幸虧洗澡的時候沒洗頭髮，否則估計熱水不夠用。樓頂有游泳池，挺好的。早餐很豐盛，説是到9:30，10點還有，適合睡懶覺的人 衞生：很乾凈，如果床前的那塊地毯去掉會更好 服務：很好，前台服務很熱情，還以30萬越南盾的價格幫我叫了到會安的包車，很贊！有完備的洗漱用品，拖鞋不是一次性的。 總的來説性價比很高，畢竟人家就一個快捷酒店的價格，很推薦入住！

千萬不用住這個酒店，退房時坑錢。退房12點，寄存行李，吃完午飯取行李，不給，扣我們行李，給看一張照片，要求罰款100萬越南盾（334元人民幣）排隊，照片是拍一個馬桶，沒有沖水裡面有一個紙和一個煙頭。房間不能抽煙，要罰款。我們看了照片，告訴她沒有抽煙，照片裏煙頭和我們的不是一個品牌。我們拿出自己的煙（帶的玉溪）。她不搭理，要去房間看，和她到了房間。看了沒有。告訴我們是服務費給沖水了，要給我們罰款打折不低於50越南盾。隨便拿個照片就要罰款，照片所有人都適用。太坑了。找攜程客服處理。攜程積極聯繫合作商，無果，攜程怕我們當誤飛機，讓人我們給他們錢，趕飛機。攜客服已補貼給我們此錢。感謝攜程。
