Everything was good there. I stayed ocean view room. Room was very nice

Never improve at all after 2 years…

相對於中國的五星級酒店價格便宜但是 房間大小和設施相比中國較差 並且在酒店周圍的五星級的酒店裡 性價比不是很高 前台很死板 不允許提前入住 10辦理提前入住結果10點半才給辦理好並且交了50萬越南盾 最差的就是一瓶礦泉水2萬越南盾結果還要收税5000越南盾 所以綜合覺得這個酒店很不值得推薦 人性化很差 坑很多 並且床單有臟的紅色的斑跡

5성급 대비 가격이 저렴함.... 다만 방음이 안된다... 복도 소리가 너무 크게 들리고... 단체 관광객이 너무 많다.

Mình đến khách sạn n*** sau khi thành phố Đà Nẵng hết giãn cách nên bầu không khí khá vắng vẻ, dịch vụ thì hạn chế. Điểm tốt nhất của khách sạn là vị trí sát biển, view đẹp. Còn lại mọi thứ ở mức bình thường. Riêng khâu vệ sinh phòng rất tệ khi cơm của khách trước còn rơi khắp phòng

The hotel is situated right across the beach, very convenient for beach lovers. Great time to go just before sunrise . Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. A huge thank you to Ngoc who assisted me by organising meds from pharmacy and ordering in dinner . You are the best !

This is our first time we check in. So much good things we want to share with everyone. But to write a nice short reviews, we would say we have such a great time at Nalod hotel. Very warm welcoming. Staffs are friendly, our rooms are always nice and clean everyday. Overall we enjoy staying here, and would come back.

My family stayed here for a few days and the experience has been great. The room has a view on the beach and the amenities are convenient. The people at the front desk and customer service are very helpful. Thao has helped me book a tour for diving to see the coral

Thía hotel had a spacious lobby. We had an amazing room on the high floor faced to the beach view. That looked absolutely perfect. We went to the beach for 30 mins and loved that experience. Only one thing that many calories in the swimming pool made my husband and my son have red and sore eyes. You should improve by reducing the calories in the pool. Anyway, we loved our stay here and would recommend to our friends.

Clean and well maintained. My room was large and water pressure in the shower and toilet was good. Housekeeping staff were prompt and responsive. My room faced the back (no beach view) but it was nice and quiet. My colleague who had the beach facing room advised that it was loud at night because of the late night beach activities. The only downside are the lifts which were small and slow. It's a long wait during mornings (breakfast) and checkouts. The beach is located opposite the hotel. You have to cross 6 lanes to get to it. There is a zebra crossing but no traffic lights. So be careful. In fact all the hotels along this street are located opposite the beach as well. Nalod is located not far from town centre. It's easy to take Grab to and fro the hotel.
