Avenis Hotel

不自由なく宿泊できました。朝食があり、きれいな部屋でした。

Male staff lacked of customer oriented. Staying for 3 days for the business close to this hotel. After arrival, i just realized it is abit off the town. Every time, i wanna travel to the town, it takes 20-30 mins by Grab, quite costly. Morning breakfast was poor, arrived at 8am but nothing left. Asking the staff there and they gave me a bowl of noodle soup with blank flavor. However, last one was the worst. I had very good impression at the beginning by female staffs but evening shift staff is another story. 3 times I dropped the room key to head out. Never see a smile or hear a greeting from him. Grumpy and annoy face expression. And the day I checked out, even though, I have informed staffs that can I check out late at 2pm bcos i have business in town whole morning. Staffs said yes I can. However, my business in town kept me busy so I didnt make it back to hotel until 2pm. And I met that male staff again, he hung me the key without saying anything, specially, regarding my late check in. When I came to return the key to check out at 3pm. They charged me extra 30% fee for staying extra 1 hour from 2 to 3pm. I told them I dont mind to pay extra but I dont get informed of charging when I asked to stay extend. If they want to charge the guests, they have plenty of chance to communicate with me: call to the room to inform, or inform at the receptionist when i arrived. But no, they chose to keep silence and charged their guests by excusing that they dont want to bother the guest. What a shame. Danang is tourist city and it is about to open to welcome both locals and international tourists after the pandemic. Instead of, giving the guests a great experience, the hotel chose otherwise. Hope the hotel can re-train staffs, put someone who values their jobs in front of customers, not consider it as a punishment. To me, it will be my first and last. Plenty choice to stay in Danang with same rate.

Great room with a view of the ocean! Staff friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

Dịch vụ kém, chỉ được phòng sạch sẽ và gần biển, ngoài ra không được điểm gì, nhân viên mặt mũi như đâm lê, ăn sáng nghèo nàn, đúng kiểu đo lọ nước mắm đếm củ dưa hành. Giá phòng tương đối không đắt không rẻ nhưng dịch vụ thì quá tệ, không gian sảnh rộng nhưng lạnh lẽo, lễ tân nhìn khách mặt lạnh te, nghe điện thoại ầm ĩ. Giờ checkout là 12h mà chưa đến giờ gọi giục khách ời ời. Không bao giờ quay lại.

Хороший отель с интересным расположение где есть как кафе и рестораны в будние дни так и море в шаговой доступности !!!! Персонал в отеле подобран на пять с плюсом. Завтраки с утра неплохие ,вобщем рекомендую к посещению
