A very pleasant stay in the hotel, the view is great both day and night, overlooking the river and city. The staff are very friendly and always come with smiles and willing to help and provide information and advice. Will certainly stay again for my next trip!

The hotel was clean. It was near a shopping mall and there are food shops along the street. But the food in the area is expensive compared to other places.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The ambiance was luxurious and delightful. Although the location was a bit far from town, it was still manageable by taking a Grab. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the local dishes. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff did an amazing job keeping it neat and tidy

Nice hotel located along the river with a mall beside it. We booked this as it's near the yearly fireworks festival. Hotel lobby was grand but this hotel is also popular among tour group so expect large crowd during breakfast and waiting for lift. my room

Breakfast good but crowded. A little distance from downtown. Moderately clean but some hair attached to towels. Narrow bed for twin Wide space cover all bad complains.

Hotel is white so easily see the dirt Near to city with heavy traffic in front, Vincom just walking distance through dark road

Good location with friendly and helpful hotel staff. Breakfast arrangement is reasonable under huge number of tour groups. Highly recommend.

From check in service was poor they wanted me to pay extra for having my daughter even though I said 2 adult 1 child at time of booking. Room was dirty with stained furniture and dirty towels. Pool was dirty found cigarettes and face mask in the pool. It was also freezing cold. Breakfast was mediocre and they did not even have fresh coffee service at what is suppose to be a high end hotel in Vietnam. This is shameful. We will not go back and probably would not stay with Melia again.
