Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is very clean and exceptionally well-managed, making it a perfect choice for families with young kids. Our room was spacious and offered great value for the price, ensuring a comfortable stay. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Hien—her excellent English, kindness, and professionalism truly made a difference. She was incredibly helpful and caring, adding great value to our experience. We truly appreciate her support! This is a super well-managed hotel，and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. One small suggestion: we would love to see more variety of Vietnamese dishes at the restaurant. The chef cooks very well, but the selection was a bit limited. super convenient and the rooms are really clean (except sandy but thats inevitable) with great views. they also have great facilities with a decent breakfast, beautiful pool and rooftop bar. would recommend!! the beach is also just conveniently rigjt in front of the hotel making it really easy to just spend a morning there. the in-house spa and massage was also a really addition with amazing service!

First of all, when I checked in, I was given a towel along with a welcome drink, which made me feel at ease. The front desk staff and doorman were also polite and kind. The room had an air purifier with a dehumidifier, which is worthy of the OMOTENASHI of a five-star hotel. It was raining on the day I checked in, so the sheets were damp, but the water tank filled up overnight. Thanks to the dehumidifier's great work, I was able to stay there comfortably. Hotels in Southeast Asia often have pools, but hotels with large public baths are rare. I made a reservation for this large public bath. I soaked in the hot water in the morning and evening, which helped me to relax after a long trip. The breakfast menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored and it was delicious even when I stayed for several nights. The staff was also very considerate and quickly cleared away the empty dishes. The room was cleaned well, but I noticed some dirt on the walls and the ventilation fan. When the space within view is clean it puts the mind at ease, and because this is a Japanese hotel I was a little strict in my evaluation and had high expectations, but overall it was a very good hotel and I will come back to stay again.

I booked a villa with a 40-minute massage and a meal for 1200d. I booked a different room the next day because I was staying alone, but I was upgraded to a room with a king bed and a single for both days. The room was a little old, but clean, spacious and comfortable. It was my first time using the steam sauna in the room, and I enjoyed it. I paid an additional 2000 yen for a body massage. I felt the difference between local massages and resort hotel massages, but the massages were not particularly good. If you want a satisfying massage at a reasonable price, it might be better to look for one in the city. I recommend staying here and using the large public bath when you have a late-night flight. The bath was very nice. The only disappointment was that the massage and meal tickets for the next day were given to me just before check-out, not in the morning. I didn't expect to receive the room upgrade service on the second day, so it was a waste. I would have liked to use the service anyway. I regret that I forgot to tell the hotel that I was leaving on a late-night flight. The food, pho and coffee were delicious. Because it's close to the river, there are a lot of mosquitoes so insect repellent is a must. At night, the sounds from the amusement park can be a little loud, but the lit-up Ferris wheel was beautiful.

This hotel is great and use of the waterpark and hot springs and dinosaur park and gardens it really is amazing would stay again would be great with kids or grandkids, so much to see would stay for 4 nights next time 2 not enough. So much beauty and fun, staff could learn more English or is more Vietnamese but it’s fabulous
