Very spacious and good facilities. Central location. Staff is extremely helpful and friendy. Breakfast also has good variety of foods.

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

The overall experience was wonderful

房間舒適，有暖氣。早餐豐盛，廚師周到體貼。另外，可以泡澡，去掉一路高寒地區的寒氣。對了，進門的receptionist非常nice，有熱茶熱咖啡在登記處。建築設計和lobby的藝術氣氛濃厚。

Хорошой отель, всё в шаговой доступности, чисто, персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый!

不錯的一間酒店，前台服務員很熱情。雖然語言不通，但能內心解釋。

沒毛病的品牌連鎖酒店，這是續住。隨時有熱水、免費飲料。

不錯，有浴池，有水暖片。設計的也很有新意。窗户是雙層的，雖然臨近馬路，但是隔音挺好的，晚上睡覺很舒適。
