The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product
The bedsheets smelled dirty
The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am.
The hotel is very outdated.
The buffet for breakfast was not good enough.
I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing

The food service was awesome and the staff was all friendly and nice to understand me even with my limited knowledge of the language, Portuguese.
I would ask for a initial tour of the room; how the lighting works and how to signal the cleaning crew “ not do your room that day “

Excelente localização para viagens a lazer e negócios , próximo ao Shopping Crystal e diversas opções de restaurantes na região do Batel. O hotel é antigo mas de um modo geral é bem conservado e o atendimento é o destaque positivo . O único ponto que ficou abaixo da expectativa foi o café da manhã , as frutas e frios não pareciam frescos e a variedade de produtos deixou a desejar.

A estadia foi excelente, iniciando com um chekin que o funcionário Mateus conseguiu antecipar e o diferencial do hotel com uma sopa de boas vindas durante a noite.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, mas poderia sofrer uma modernização. Os horários também não são respeitados: o café inicia as 06h30, mas se chegar nesse horário as coisas não estão prontas. O hotel poderia ser melhor.

Hotel super tranquilo numa rua tranquila do melhor bairro (na minha opinião) de Curitiba. Tudo está a passos de distância ( restaurantes, supermercados, shoppings)!

Hotel muito bem localizado com fácil acesso a muitos locais. A equipe foi muito prestativa desde o primeiro momento, O aprtamento com uma cama muito boa e ambiente espaçoso. Somente o banheiro com um inconveniente relacionado a porta. Café da manhã excelente e a sopa de boas vindas é uma ótima opção.

Ótimo custo-benefício, Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários bastante acessíveis e solícitos. Sopinha de cortesia no final da tarde é um belo afago no hóspede. Para mulheres, o secador de cabelos é ótimo, rs. Penso que pra fechar as necessidades femininas só falta um espelho de maquiagem no banheiro.
