1. Very clean!
2. Great hotel maids
3. Very economically priced
Cons:
1. Property is needs some updating
2. No elevators
3. Staff speak very little English
4. You are charged for everything
5. Before departing, they will check your room to ensure nothing was stolen… seriously

Wonderful hotel that was close to Chahue. The only complaint would be that the beds were like sleeping on stone, please invest in some new mattress's.

Had the best margaritas and mojitos the whole trip made by 3 different bar tenders at different times. Must have a good instructor. Lol. Wished we could have enjoyed the amenities more but it was a short stay and had to see the town

Love the authenticity of the place. Clean. Nice pool and area. Had great supper with amazing staff. The only downside is the communication because of our lack of Spanish. On one note I would say don’t upgrade but on the other hand there is a need for better plug ins and some minor fixes. But still wonderful location and place at a good price.

Expensive for the room comfort and amenities provided. Bed sheets we sewn together to create a king sheet. Sheets were really low quality, abrasive, and uncomfortable. No basic amenities like tissues, hand towels, and security locks on doors. An expensive motel 6 with a nice swimming pool. The location is a long walk or taxi from most restaurants, etc. Seems to cater to large extended families on holiday who really enjoy the pool.

Good location, easy to reach local beaches and town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and booked us several taxis. Nice pool, rooms were clean, and impressive level of Christmas decorations.
Restaurant was a bit disappointing.

El Hotel is in a few steps to the Chahue beach , in the morning we walked around it, it is so beautiful to heard the birds. It is very calm.
