excellent location for exploring this lovely liittle town. All hotspots within walking distance. Garage just across the street, reservation recommended. Helpful and friendly staff but hotel needs some thorough renovation (see bathroom).

Stayed on the second floor in this unique hotel with some funky features like wavy halls. Good choice for someone who has an artistic eye when surrounded by the past of Cremona. Room good sized, large spotless bathroom. Very comfortable bed and enjoyed a restful sleep. Parking across the street in safe indoor lot. Breakfast generous and even one's own pot of coffee (American). We didn't use the gym, but there is one there. Staff professional and helpful. Con: Tub/shower combo with tub curvature makes shower possible but not ideal.

Lovely hotel. Great breakfast--even scrambled eggs. Excellent bed. Granted we were in the silver suite on 3rd floor with only two suites on this floor, but it was extremely quiet. superb wifi. in-room safe and refrigerator with complimentary espresso machine. Front desk even brought my wife a kettle for her tea. Nothing to fault.

We had the Silver Suite for two nights in Sept. 2022. The room was lovely, big and comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC, but the front desk sorted it out. They arranged airport transportation from Milan Linate Airport that worked well.

The good - staff is very friendly, the hotel is in good location. The not so good - parking is difficult to find and the walls are paper thin. I booked a night and requested a parking space for my stay. The hotel "missed it" and I spent about an hour looking for a spot to park as there was a football championship game in town. It was frustrating to say the least especially as I had proof that I had made the request with confirmation of it from the hotel. At one point, they suggested I park in a lot that was a 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Um...no I was finally "allowed" to park in the hotel parking garage for a few hours but had to move by a certain time that evening. I was actually ready to cancel the booking as I had a car and no place to park when there was a miraculously empty spot on the street in front of the hotel. Like I said, staff was kind but this hotel was a one and done for me.

Mi dispiace recensire male il lavoro altrui , ma spero sia preso cime spunto per migliorare un hotel con potenziale. La hall e la sala colszioni sono belle e moderne..ma quando si sale ai piani delle camere tutto cambia. Trovo inaccettabile un 4 stelle al centro di una città con prezzi abbastanza alti,avere camere tenute in quelle condizioni. Muri macchiati, bagno pieno di calcare e ruggine veramente poco confortevole la vista. I corridoi poi non ne parliamo. La cosa buona è la colazione e la posizione anche se arma a doppio taglio. Avevo richiesto il parcheggio come Aggiunta e non mi hanno assolutamente detto che era al completo così sono andare sicura. Ma all'arrivo mi sono ritrovata senza posto auto e costretta a girare per 15 minuti alla ricerca di un parcheggio sulle strisce blu , alla fine trovato a 500 metri. Diciamo potenziale lo avrebbe , ma a queste condizioni forse lo classificherei 2 stelle..non lo consiglio a questi prezzi

Hotel pulito e abbastanza confortevole. La nostra camera doppia non era molto grande, ma dotata di tutti i comfort per la categoria. Possibilità di parcheggio privato con supplemento di prezzo. La camera affidataci aveva le finestre nel cavedio del palazzo anche se molto curato ed arredato con particolari convincenti. Il personale è cordiale e premuroso.

Hotel datato, non è propriamente un 4 stelle e soprattutto non può considerarsi boutique hotel, le camere datate che necessitano di manutenzione e non parliamo della colazione,…… veramente scarsa povera con prodotti non freschi; sinceramente devo dire che pensavo che dopo tutte le precedenti recensioni a riguardo forse qualcosa sarebbe stato fatto…..
