Beautiful resort. Stayed 8 nights in February. Had a premium oceanview room and the weather cooperated giving amazing sunset views. Highly recommend this laid back resort.

Best property on Cozumel, Rooms all nice we had two room suite next to beach with Jacuzzi.... worth it! Dive shop on property was great, snorkeling was great, food was great, staff was great. Only issue was hotel is next to inlet where the boats dock that serviced the cruise ships .... one day 5 cruise ships docked. Outside was like a highway... not tranquil .... Also hard to get there.. took 2.5 hours from Cancun, taxi, ferry, taxi.. Was disappointed the concierge could not help with transportation... ask who was vetted and who to use ... also would be good to let you know how to get there as you have to take a ferrym been nice to picj us up at Ferry building, had to take crapy taxi. In MX it is a chaos all the time... would have been nice that a 5 star hotel handled this. Liked the stay wont go back because of how busy it was with all the boats and people in the water from cruise ships.

By far the nicest hotel in Cozumel. The pool was great, the food is perfect and the room was gorgeous! Spectacular stay. We will be back.

The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is so friendly and hardworking. The breakfast brunch was amazing, something for everyone including healthy options such as beets, green salad and chia seeds! The healthy options change daily. A senora makes tortillas and you can have quesadillas or tacos, plus all the usual breakfast offerings and lots of fresh fruit. I can't emphasize enough how well-run El Presidente is. The setting is beautiful.

Second time here - and just a lovely as the first time. Staff and location make this the best in Cozumel. Imanol provided excellent beach service and kept up with my husbands continual requests for ice. Food at Le Cap was fabulous -awesome poke bowl and sushi! Willem made the best dirty and espresso martinis. Spa was wonderful -shout out to Reuben who gives the best massage - although seemed a bit pricy this year as compared to 2023. But we plan to return in 2025.

Pro's: Nice hotel with great size rooms and attentive staff. Certainly not a five-star hotel. More like a three-star. The concierge Luis was wonderful to work with. Super kind and accommodating. Con's: We both got food poisoning from one of the restaurants and they didn't even make any effort to correct the situation. Spent two days sick in the room. In terms of food, only one of the four restaurants was good. The other three lacked good service and the foods was extremely average.

Bathroom smelt like mold horribly… the spot behind toilet was the cause of it. Pools were nice, and everything else was good!

Beautiful setting and rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, but pricey food. Short cab ride to San Miguel for other restaurant options.

Staff was excellent. Restaurants pretty good. Need a bit more activity to liven up pool area perhaps every morning for activities. But very tranquil relaxing setting with great access to water and views.

Outstanding facility, amenities and staff. Located in a great area of Cozumel. Large pristine beach, with good snorkeling on premises. The only negative is the food is very mediocre.

I love this place and have been here many times. Only complaint is the service at their seaside restaurant. Service is consistently awful unlike their main restaurant. Very expensive too
