Peringatan lima belas tahun!! Saya dan suami saya pergi ke sini untuk menikmati apa yang diiklankan; restoran steak berputar yang menakjubkan, pemandangan indah dari balkon, dan kolam renang mewah dan area olahraga. Bau rumput memenuhi hotel....🤷🏻♀️ Kami check in dan menuju ke kamar kami, tetapi ketika kami membuka pintu, kami berdua merasa kedinginan ketika kami melihat orang lain masih tinggal di sana!! Handuk kotor di mana-mana, tempat tidur terbuka dan tidak dibayar, ledakan tv, dan bahkan pop di meja samping tempat tidur. Kami memberi tahu meja depan dan mereka meminta maaf dan memberi kami kamar baru. Dia kemudian memberi tahu kami bahwa kami akan mendapatkan sarapan gratis. Oke, itu terdengar bagus setidaknya. Kami menetap di kamar baru dan memutuskan kami siap untuk pergi ke restoran. Ketika kami sampai di sana mereka memberi tahu kami bahwa mereka semua sudah dipesan.... umm.... ya? Aku membayar kedudukan tertinggi untuk hotel ini untuk restoran ini!! Oke.... pindah.... jadi kami memutuskan untuk menemukan kolam renang, percaya karena diiklankan bahwa itu akan terbuka. Itu benar-benar terkuras dan rusak! ! ! Baiklah, bukankah aku tidak bersenang-senang jadi apa yang harus kita lakukan? Terlambat jadi kami tinggal tetapi kami TIDAK AKAN PERNAH tinggal di hotel ini LAGI... Ada banyak lagi tapi saya akan mengakhirinya di sana...

This was a really nice, unique hotel! The rooms are smaller than I thought, but still nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The 18th floor restaurant is a higher class restaurant with a business casual dress code. We did not know this, and went up to see it and was met with a little rudeness by an employee. We were dressed very casually for traveling but when we asked to see a menu to see if we might want to eat there, she said, “if you can afford it.” She may have been joking, but it was not professional. Otherwise, staff was very nice. Check-in was super busy and had to wait about 15 minutes, but the staff was apologetic for the wait, friendly and helpful.

I was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away.
That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room.
We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out.
When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay.
Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent .

Service was fine. Beds and furniture were stained. Rooms smelled like smoke. You can hear the traffic from the highway. Toilet wasn't fastened to the floor and ran constantly. Towel racks falling off the wall. No way to turn on bathroom vent.

The hotel was very dated had to pay $7 a night to park. The breakfast was very expensive even tho they said they offered a discount they didn’t. It smelt like a 70s cargo van in the halls. I booked two nights at diffrent times and had to pay a $50 dollar a night convince fee that will be refunded to me in 2 weeks. There’s just a lot of hidden fees they don’t tell you about. Plus the pillows suck and house keeping didnt clean our room so I had to ask for fresh towels. Will not be staying in this hotel again

Beautiful view but the hotel is outdated and worn. Room had a sewer smell from the bathroom. Some fixtures didn’t work well. Had to do some negotiations and book online for a better price and room. $7 per night parking fee that wasn’t told up front. Free coffee was out. Restaurant ok for breakfast but eggs were cold.

When we checked in got into the room, the thermostat wasn’t working, we got that addressed and then the heater wasn’t heating the room, we mentioned that to the front desk staff and it wasn’t addressed so the hotel room was exceedingly chilly compounded by the low temps outside.
