Hovima Costa Adeje - Only Adults

Top entertainment, food activities swimming pools, location, rooms 733, brilliant. Many many return customers. Brand new spa 2 hours for €20. Nothing to fault! Entertainment team hilarious catch their Thursday night show. 10 mins walk to lovely sandy beach ⛱️

We can’t fault the hotel, we’ve had excellent service from all the staff nothing is too much. The entertainment staff are amazing , lots to do in the day and the evening. The hotel is so clean and is in a good position for walks, using the service bus to get around too. We are staying in room 628 with views of the sea and the mountains. ☺️

Nice hotel, close to the beaches across the road. Shops near by and also bus stops for onward travel to other areas. Hotel provide good food and drink with pool snack bar with a nice selection of hot and cold items to help yourself. Entertainment staff all have a good sense of humour and remember names. Good selection of daily activities including sangria demonstrations/taste testing (one to do!) also the recently renovated spa is good value for money at €20 for 2hr use of pool, sauna, steam room, salt pool and other experiences inside.

5th time at hovima brought friends this time had a brilliant time room 519 excellent pool and sea view spotlessly maintained by maid that remembered us from previous trips fast check in no probs at all food brilliant good choices although pool bar still not as good as it should be ! Entertainment seemed OK went out most nights plenty of night life around hotel our choice we're not poolies so can't comment although plenty of sunbeds available all inclusive a good option nice to have a drink whenever although beer always flat as it always has been !! but you get used to it overall an excellent hotel in a good location and adults only excellent staff and spotlessly clean hotel booked for Xmas/New year always have a brilliant time thanks Hovima

Hovima Costa Adeje is in a great location for all amenities in Costa Adeje. The room was clean, bedding, and towels changed regularly. The food was amazing. The speciality restaurant food was exceptional. The hotel made a real effort celebrating Valentines night whether you were in the main buffet restaurant or the speciality restaurant who put a special menu on. Pool towels are available for a returnable deposit and can be changed daily. The hotel doesn't allow anyone to reserve sunbeds until 8:30. The heart shaped pool was heated to a lovely temperature but the infinity pool was very cold. Would definitely return.

Arrived 23rd January for our 7th visit to The Hovima Hotel and it just goes from strength to strength From the moment you enter the hotel until you leave you are treated like Royalty by everyone Their secret to their success is the staff who work there. From the cleaners , bar and restaurant staff through to the management team themselves Each and everyone of them is dedicated to make sure you have a lovely holiday. Many of the staff have been there for years and they get to know you well over your stay. This exceptional service rubs off well on the new staff that work here as well. Pedro at pool bar is a credit to this hotel he knows what everyone drinks before you get to bar. It’s an art we have never seen to this extent at any other hotel we have visited. Ariel the life guard is always there to help you with a smile both of them should be awarded for their service and years they have worked there. Last but not least Mikey & Aldo these guys work non stop to make sure all guest are happy. Great entertainers both of them. This hotel has a high volume of repeat guest who have became our friends over the years. Looking forward to seeing everyone January 2025 for visit number 8. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where to start , this was our first visit to Tenerife and it won’t be our last . This hotel made it for us . Nothing is to much for the staff here . We stayed in a basic room all inclusive. Room was very clean and comfortable, we could see the sea from our balcony. Food was good , lots to choose from and the service in the restaurant was fantastic. We loved this hotel and would recommend and we will be back .

from day one day we had bed bugs. these were visible during daylight so would only leave me to beleive that the bed was not changed and nor was the shets from last guest. the maid had not touched the room at all and is she did it was only cat licked and not the full proper deep clean it should have had. the ceiling was not swepted or cleaned so still had dead insects on it. Even after we had changed rooms the maids left soiled sheets and pillow cases. This is unhygenic and professional attitude to a guest which is definitely unacceptable. The shower door kept leaking contsantly and reception waa repeatedly told but done NOTHING. Aaid come up to the room and took a towel and threw it on the floor and used her foot to wipe it with. Not only does this break health and hygiene regulations in which all hotels assign to but health and safety regulations as well let alone a total unprofessional wipeout. It also left safety conerns for us as we were amazed at watching it. Obviously the maid didnt care ar all. The bath robes were taken and never replaced at all. It does make me wonder if the hotel needs a complete audit. The attotude of some staff were totally diabolical and disfraceful and even what was said ro guests from reception staff. Have been in contact with Hovima Adeje and sounds like they dont care. They have taken your money and that is the end of it. I did see also Parmiter cockroaches about an inch long. These were visible to staff but were totally ignored and just left there. The cleaning of the walkways from lifts to rooms were degrading and disgusting. Not cleaned well at all. have stayed at this hotel 5 years running without any issues at all until now. Have always given a glowing review because it is where i want to be in Adeje and Hovima gives ne that. NOT SURE I WANT TO GO BACK AT ALL

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we knew we were going to enjoy every moment of our stay. At the reception desk we were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and everything about the hotel was explained to us, and we were also provided with a welcome pack for future reference. The whole place had a feeling of splendour about it and you realise it as soon as you walk through the front door. Our room was fantastic, the facilities were incredible, the food was superb and the service was amazing. The staff took care of us in any way they could, and nothing was too much trouble. No matter where we went in the hotel it was spotlessly clean, and quite clearly cleanliness and hygiene are very, very important to this hotel and its staff. The TUI Reps were also very helpful and more than happy to provide information on trips and excursions as well as sharing their local knowledge which was very useful. A special word of mention must go to the tall, slim, handsome Italian gentleman who seemed to do so much to make everyone's stay so memorable. From evening entertainment to dining room experience and general helpfulness he ALWAYS went above and beyond what was expected. His language skills were incredible, greeting and conversing with people in Spanish, Italian, German and English. We really can't say enough good things about the Hovima Costa Adeje, which is obviously why they have so many returning guests, season after season, year after year.
