The service and the hotel are wonderful cannot fault them. The hotel is very clean and the amenities of excellent. The only thing with this hotel. It is in a residential area and far away from Montego Bay self so if you are wanting to go round and look for other things to do you have a long journey and the travel expense on top of that is quite fast. The only way you should pick this hotel is if you want to just stay in the hotel and not go anywhere else .

I book this resort for a getaway for my mom and her friend. AND she love it very much. She mentioned that the staff were very friendly. Only thing she wish for was for them to have more Jamai an authentic food.

Outstanding personalized service, location, facilities and dining options. From the moment you arrive you are taken care of. If you need something, they take care it. My understanding is that they have over 2000 staff members. If you travel with family, this resort has what you need. Everything kids want mixed in with amenities that give the parents a chance to relax. And if you are not with kids, there is so much space you can can easily get away. Fun lazy river with a bar at the end of the loop for the parents to relax. Some spots in the resort are very quiet (either beach) while others are vibrant (main pool). From the hotel manager to the staff, the facilities and service are premier. I highly recommend the resort and will return.

Large selection of dining options as well as a large buffet. Food quality is excellent. However, there is often a wait to get into any of them at certain times. The buffet requires a hostess to seat you. One occurrence we were seated at the buffet and we immediately proceeded to select our food at the buffet, upon returning to our table, we found another couple seated at our table. Some improvement on organization is likely needed. Additional staff couldn’t hurt as well since we noticed all of the staff at the buffet are often just cleaning tables. It’s hard to wave down a server to order a special beverage. Lots to do on the resort, beautiful, and very family-friendly

Overall the resort was better than expected. There were a few things that could’ve improved such as the lighting in the pool. I informed the front desk several times and they stated the maintenance guy would take care of it, which he never did. The cleaners came everyday and took the wash clothes, which we had to request daily. Definitely an inconvenience. Despite the minor issues we encountered, I would definitely recommend the resort to family and friends.

The property is truly like the photos. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and are not hounding you for tips. The entertainment crew was really good! The most important thing for me going in was the food. The food was delicious! So many great option to choose from as well. All in all, It’s safe to say they’re my new go to hotel in Jamaica.

Lots to do with the family. Lots of places to eat. If you are a large group, it is wise to make reservations for all of the dinning options, even if reservations are not needed. Will recommend as a great place to stay.

After a rocky start, our vacation was improved when our Guest Services Agent Shannoi heard our concerns and worked quickly to rectify the situation. His quick response and willingness to make things right shows that Ocean Coral Springs cares about their guests and values our business.

Good in bits and pieces. Definitely not a 5 star facility, more of a 3 star. Rooms are not worth the money. We had a roof top junior with their roof top Jacuzzi not even working, they didn't change the room for us. They definitely have wonderful Chefs though. Even with the other staffs in duty some are good and some are not. Overall it was okay.

Very nice property , most of the staff was friendly some of the staff just flat out ignore you at the bar, something you have to sit and wait log hours for a drink when eating at the buffet.

Food was great service was great the rooms were amazing view beautiful and you get what you pay for no hidden fees.
