Balinsasayaw Resort

感覺這是離科隆島最近的民宿，因為科隆島沒有酒店。老闆娘漂亮熱情，耐心細緻，入住酒店有一種做島主的感覺。😄😄最最奇特的是房間周邊沒有蚊子，據説是一種植物發出的氣味讓蚊子遠離。潮起潮落，日出日落，盡在島中俱全。😊

I had high expectations because of the past reviews. The resort was actually nice, from the pavilion to their pool area and their beach cabanas, along with the reef garden near the resort. However, the room was dusty, the bathroom was rusty, and was a fire hazard. The light bulb in the corner room was hanging due to some damage in the ceiling. Even after turning the switch off, there was still a dim light coming from the bulb. In addition, the AC was not working properly and was unable to cool the room. We were literally sweating before going to bed for two nights. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, but the front desk agent, or I guess that's their resort manager, made us feel unwelcome. She was not proactive and did not acknowledge any requests. I do not know why they hired her because it is evident that she does not like her job. I believe the other staff members are more qualified to accommodate guests. Upon arrival, she told us that breakfast started at 6:30 AM and meals in the resort are set meals for lunch and dinner. Basically, guests have no choice but to avail the set meal, which costs 500 pesos per person. We had the lunch set meal, which consisted of 1 small fish, eggplant, and soup. For 500 pesos, it was not worth it. The next day, we asked if we could schedule a boat transfer at 7 AM the following day because our flight was at 9:30 AM. We also confirmed if we could have breakfast by 6:30 AM. She said yes for the transfer and breakfast. On our last day, we came down to the pavilion at 6 AM to wait for the staff to serve breakfast. However, by 7 AM, there was still no food, and other guests were also waiting since 6:30 AM. I asked the server if the front desk agent was around because I did not want us to be late for our flight. Finally, at 7:15 AM, she arrived slowly walking towards the counter like nothing was important and without a sense of urgency. She did not apologize, explain, or even say ‘thank you for staying with us.’ Breakfast was served at 7:20, so we did not eat and just left to catch our flight. We spent 10,000 pesos for two nights. We definitely did not pay for the service. Thanks to the view, reef garden, kayak, and paddleboard, we were able to entertain ourselves and not deal with the resort's incompetent service.

Filipijns resort. Bamboe hutjes. Eenvoudig. Wel schoon en prima airco. Badkamer werkt met warme douche. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hele dag elektriciteit en WiFi. De laatste is niet heel snel maar werkt wel. Voor de kust ligt een mooi koraalrif. Wij kwamen en kregen hier rust. Onze t****e keer hier.

Fuimos a pasar el día a este hotel, que ofrece un paquete con la comida incluída, acceso a la piscina, uso de kayak y snorkeling. La comida filipina riquísima y tienen en cuenta los alergenos! Nos encantó.
