Location in the Jewish Quarter was very convenient to bus, accessible to taxis, all the cultural sites, restaurants, and quiet at night to sleep. Room was renovated and very clean. I appreciated the large bathroom. Would stay there again.

Hotel in una posizione strategica, camere un po’ vecchiotte e le tubature del bagno puzzavano troppo, il personale sorridente ma per avere i servizi bisogna chiedere esplicitamente… esempio la valigia da caricare in macchina nel parcheggio l’ho dovuto chiedere e sembravano quasi scocciati.
Per il resto ripeto hotel in posizione strategica

C’est un hôtel agréable dans les remparts où dans la citadelle l’accès est piétonnier!! le parking petit!! Il faut aller au parking du municipal emplacements très serrés!!
Il faut avoir une petite voiture.

This was hands down the poorest maintained hotel we have ever stayed in.
The wall paper was yellowed and peeling, the bathtub faucet would separate from the wall when the shower was activated, the front door of the building did not lock, no climate control (room reached 26°c - 24,5° with the window open).
The windows and walls are so thin you will hear every guided tour, delivery and garbage pick up in the plaza. Even your neighbor’s phone alerts!
The staff were professional and the hotel is very pet friendly but the poor state and shoddy acoustics of the building made this stay nearly unbearable.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location within the old city. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast has a ton of items, including made-to-order eggs. We were able to easily walk to all of the sites and restaurants from the hotel, including the famous patios in the Jewish quarter. If you are driving a car, be prepared for a white-knuckled experience through very narrow cobblestone streets, but the hotel staff will park it in the garage for you. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel but it has a lack of social spaces and all exterior spaces were not well maintained and allowed to go grotty over winter. The bedroom was nice and comfortable but the general decor was bland. Breakfast and staff were great.

Property location was excellent and parking although a tight drive through tourist groups was a bit concerning, once we arrived the hotel was great. Check in was pleasant and staff very nice. The room we were allocated was not a double but a twin and complimentary wine required asking for multiple times to receive. The amenities within the room were excellent. Unfortunately the noise throughout the night from neighbouring rooms was disturbing particularly early in the morning. On the whole 7/10.

Maite at the front desk is exceptional. Always available and helpful. There was a problem with my room’s lock which gave me great anxiety but they were able to fix it right away.

Location is great. Everything else was pretty bad. Bottom floor smelled of gas/sewage, coffee maker was broken, mini fridge light worked but did not get cold, signs said there was a solarium on the top floor but I took the elevator up there to check it out and it was boarded up. Tried to call the elevator go back down but the botton didn't work. Not four stars as advertised. Shameful.

I loved the location and the room was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel so cannot really comment. Reception was always understaffed and busy - so checking in was slow. I would stay again if I visited Cordoba again.

Really great hotel. The location is fantastic, really close to all the sights, plus great restaurants. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, and newly renovated. Great breakfasts. Staff was helpful and polite.

In addition to our short holiday in Seville, we spent a couple of days at this excellent hotel!
The staff, in particular on reception were friendly and helpfull. Check in was simple and efficient and we were given excellent advice on places to visit, bars and restaurants.
The room was very clean with contemporary decor, an extremely comfortable bed and all the best amenities, toiletries and extras.
The hotel itself is modern and elegant, with a lovely restaurant and impressive entrance and courtyards. Even one for those of us who still smoke!!
The location within the old town is also very convenient not only for sightseeing, food and drinks, but also for the city centre shops etc
We were very pleased with our choice and would highly recommend this and other NH collection hotels in future.
