Amazing swimming pool and great breakfast! The quality of rest is really poor..minimal style of the room which included minimal and too much essentials furniture.. lift which doesn’t work… receptionist and other people not friendly and not precise ( made errors in the payment adding service not used…). Sure NOT a five stars hotel

Best hotel I’ve visited so far. It had everything. The Bali inspired pool was magical. From the food to the costumer service, everything was excellent. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be definitely coming back.

BED BUGS I really wanted to love this hotel. I was Instagram influenced by their beautiful pool and atrium. It is indeed really lovely and a fun atmosphere for a little poolside relaxing. Unfortunately after my first night I noticed bites on my neck and spots of blood on the sheets - telltale signs of bed bugs. This was my first night traveling so they didn’t come from me. I asked the front desk staff if the room had previously been treated for bed bugs. After waiting 15 minutes for staff to discuss with management, I was informed that the hotel “had never received any bed bug complaints.” They told me their pest control would come that same afternoon and then seemed incredulous that I’d want a new room…I received no updates about when pest control would arrive or what they found (they neglected to inform me he failed to show up that afternoon too). They put me in a new room and refunded me only for the first night (out of my two night stay). Given the stress this caused (I had to take extreme measures to ensure I didn’t bring the bedbugs home with me) I would think I’d have been comped the entire stay. This was two months ago and I’m still arguing with them about their initial overcharge of my nightly rates AND a lack of full refund for the first night. It seems that they are trying to charge me the rate for a bigger room after I was required to move because of vermin. Not only does this hotel have bed bugs, but they also have terrible customer service. I do not believe they would take infestations seriously so I would strongly suggest avoiding.
