Ulasan Hotel Mayfair

Strategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building. The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided. One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room. Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in.

Lovely hotel, lovely room , comfy bed and good breakfast and mustn’t forget the friendly staff.. will recommend to anyone ..

a very cosy room conveniently located near the main train station (~10 mins walk) i was allowed to check in early and i’m so happy! free bikes for rental (did not try!) highly recommended!

Conveniently located. The staff service very warm. Excellent breakfast buffet. But, it lacks the provision of guest laundry, a bit inconvenient for me as I stayed thete for 4 nights

Hotel Location is a very close to the train station and the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is very stylish and the location is great. We got the room in the back building. When we checked in the front desk staff escorted us to the room. I thought he was really nice but actually because the room is very difficult to find. We walked to another building in the back of the hotel, took the elevator to second floor, then walked little bit and then walked down the stair to our room. The room is smaller than I expected. It located on the ground floor, close to the dumpster and the hotel kitchen. There is a security right above our window. The worst thing happened at 4.00 am when we woke up because restaurant’s staff threw the trash in the dumpster. It was so loud! I’m pretty sure there were some glasses in the trash bag. We were trying to get back to sleep but couldn’t because other staff keep dumbing trash. It was the worst experience ever! We couldn’t sleep until 6 am the we decided to get up and left the hotel.

The room was very nice and the location is excellent - next to train station and pubs. Just opposite to a strip club if you fancy some entertainment 😂😂

Location and cleanliness are excellent. Amenities is their weak point but expected in a small hotel. The staff in the evening made the difference (a girl the 16th of July and a guy the 17th), very friendly, accommodating and professional.

First I arrived early around 13.30 , young lady asked me if I wanted to upgrade and pay, there s avaliable room. I said thank you . She told me , mine will be ready 15. Waited 30 minutes, another gentilman came and asked him. He gave me the room. Nothing inside not even water ! Just an empty room with toilet paper and soap. All night some construction noise. Unfortunately my first entirely bad experience, this also effect your visit. Nice renovated decoration in the hall room. It doesn’t worth money at all.

Convenient near train station. Walkable in 10min. We got the quieter room, further from main street. Room is tiny and barely had space for luggage. Staff is friendly.

Good location walkable area to highlight spots, near train station from CPH airport … you can walk 5 mins only

Met the basic expectations. If you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel in a great location, this hotel is a solid option.

Room was pleasant and cozy, aesthetic was nice (love the window overlooking the streets!) Amenities such as the gym was mediocre, had a quite hard time finding the place though (would be good if the signs were clearer) Cons: no kettle to boil water. Had to constantly go down to the reception area for cups of hot water ＞ quite inconvenient if you need a cup of hot water in the cold weather. Room service was only done if requested at the reception. Requested for a day but room service was not provided:/ perhaps they missed out Overall, a decent hotel and pretty convenient to the downtown
