There is a park area complete with picnic tables and a rock beach at rivers edge where the property enters the Guadalupe River. Tube, kayak and raft rentals are located on either side of the housing development at Mountain Breeze or Caps Campgrounds. Enter the river on the property and be picked up at a variety of river exits by the outfitters and returned to the property. Bicycling and Motorcycle riding is very common along this part of the river with great scenic views Located within minutes of many of the areas attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park, Canyon Lake, Wineries, Outlet Mall and Antique shopping, historic New Braunfels and Gruene.
