Very nice! Was able to park the big heavy hauler tow truck close by and we could see it from our window!

It was in a great location, the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

經濟實惠，停車方便，步行有麥當勞，chicken suckers，還有加油站，離osu也很近，值得推薦。

實話説，這裏的服務員態度很好，也很熱情，裝修啥的也ok。 但是！！！！！它建在不安全的片區啊！我第一天check in就在門口遇上警察抓人！！隔音也不好！！這種酒店是汽車酒店，筒子樓形式，不安全！！！ 不推薦不推薦，分高是因為別的都還行，但是安全第一位！別選！！！

Booked for location closest to venue for concert the area was easy to access restaurants and stores. Location was only reason for the stay. Room was basic but there was a lot of damage to the room broken bathroom door. Requesting a 50.00 dolla deposit was ridiculous once I noticed all the damage to the room that needs fixed. Convenience will be only reason to stay at this hotel again in future.

You can hear anyone and anything walking around to there rooms at anytime and the place is lit up like a spotlight all night long

I AM HANDICAPPED AND NEEDED AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM . HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO HOSPITAL WHERE MY WIFE HAD EMERGENCY SURGERY . THAT WAS GREAT . I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE BATHROOM DUE TO NO SHELF AT SINK AREA TO PUT MY SUPPLIES . EVERYTHING HAD TO BE PUT ON FLOOR . I MUST GIVE THE OFFICE PERSONNEL MUCH CREDIT FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND FRIENDLINESS .

It was fine. What’s most important to me is cleanliness, comfort of temperature, no bugs. I wasn’t in the room long enough to try the wifi, but it fit my needs for a place to sleep and shower

The 1st room we got had a giant yellow stain on the bed cover facing the door. We had to leave for an event right away and weren't able to address it right away. Later that evening when we returned, I informed the front desk about it. They offered to switch rooms - new room had a big stain on the cover of the bed facing the door as well. We were offered 3rd room which had no stains but TV didn't work. Hesitantly, I made another call and inquired about TV. Again, they offered yet another room which we declined given previous experience and the late hour of nearly 11pm. Upon check out I wanted to talk to the manager and was told to contact on Monday and given a card. On Monday I tried to reach the manager but the front desk clerk offered $30 back instead. I refused and explained that I preferred to speak to the manager. My call was transferred but nobody picked up and the voice box was "full" so I could not leave a message. Hours later a call back - not the manager - but same front desk clerk telling me that they will refund $60 to 3rd party and I'll have to get it from them myself. At this point nobody asked me if the refund amount was satisfactory - they informed me of the amount and said that manager would contact me. Day 2 of waiting - still no call from manager. Last time we stayed there in August of 2023 we had none of these issues and the cost was nearly half what they charged us this time. Since then I guess the charges doubled and the quality of service disintegrated.
