Ulasan Jetwing Colombo Seven

There were several problems: 1. Inspite of 2 king-size beds, which had been guaranteed in booking, we got 2 rooms with separate beds 2. We were waited for check-in for 25 min, cause the receptionists couldn't find the reservation, till the time, we found confirmation in email and resent it to them

The location was central. Breakfast had a verity of food. The stay was very good with no issues.

Fantastic staff and excellent location. The roof top offers a beautiful view of Colombo skyline.

房間很大，設施齊全！ 頂樓有游泳池，視野很好，可以俯瞰整個城區以及蓮花塔！ 洗護味道不錯，很有質感，另外酒店提供24小時點餐服務！

很滿意，服務很熱情，酒店設施齊全，早餐非常值得推薦，吃完基本上中午都可以不吃了，頂樓游泳池也超級舒服

ホテル前にチェーン店のスーパーマーケットがあり、お土産を買い足すのに便利です。 1階のダイニングのディナー、クリスピーカラマリは、日本のイカフライでしたが、美味しかったです。シシリアンツナステーキ、シーザーサラダ、パンも全部美味しかったです。 夜の時間帯のせいかも知れませんが、 ・wifiが部屋のどこでも弱い ・シャワーが水になる JETWING LAKEがあまりにも快適に過ぎたので、残念でした。

Отличное расположение, высокий уровень сервиса полностью соответствует 5 звездам. Быстрый чекин, помогли с багажом, поменяли номер с учётом пожеланий. Номера чистые, все свежее. Крутой бар на крыше, очень красивая подсветка, не понравилось только что дополнительно включают около 25 процентов в счет Бассейн и вид потрясающие !

The kitchenettes n every apartment was a bonus. Very conveniently located, clean and friendly and efficient staff 👏👏👍

I have been coming several time in the hotel it is normally amazing, clean, superb rooftop, but for some reasons this time, i got some issue with a team member at the front desk for checking in and checking out. Bed sheet had a huge foot mark in the middle which make the experience mediocre. The quality level is really not consistant, it is a real pity because the hotel, room, food , location , roof top , gym are very superb. Maybe tiny things but can make huge difference. It is a warning, hopefully quality of service will be better next time

I had a great stay at the Jetwing Colombo Seven. The area is a nice one for Colombo. The staff were excellent. Always smiling and really great service. I just can't fault it.

Excellent quality hotel, in terms of design and cleanliness etc. Rooftop pool is a huge plus with wonderful views across the city. Cinnamon gardens is a nice area with cool cafes and park walkable from the hotel. Would highly recommend!
