Good location. All walking distance. stay in the 3 person room, bad part is stay in 4 floor. Without lift. Everyday u need walk up and down. Luggage have to carry all the way up. As old building

I arrived in Köln at 12pm from 14 hours bus journey, they let me do early check in. My single room can only be access by stairs, the receptionist saw me with heavy luggage so he change my room that can be access with lift which is double room. I paid for single but got double instead. Im very very happy with the hospitality given by the hotel, specifically by the young black hair guy (I wish I know his name) that helps me a lot knowing that this is my first time in Europe. *************, I’m very grateful. The hotel is nearby Cologne Hbf, less than 5 minutes walk. The room & bathroom are clean & comfortable. Very recommend to stay here, staff are all so kind & helpful.

Was very much easy to access from train station and very close to the tourest area.

Excellent location, but that is where it stops. Rooms are tired and grubby and have woken up the last two mornings with insect bites. Would not book again and would not recommend.

i got a great time in Boutique 003. I got an unforgettable moment watching the rain in the window to view to StAndreasKirch, really i would like to return .

The Hotel does not match the photos at all. Everything is very shabby, heavily used, some areas even need to be renewed completely (doors, bathroom) and everything is much smaller than it appears on the pictures. The bathroom and shower (esp curtain) are really dirty, there is a lot of mold in the corners and the fittings are really disgusting. The inventory (fridge) does not close, the doors are broken and the walls are extremely thin. You can here every move from your neighbours and the stairwell. Room service was not there Daily and made the things up a little cearlessly. No cleaning! The breakfast was OK, but everything was pre-packed products (ham, cheese). The coffee machine is not serviced!! The staff was polite and friendly, but not really caring. The building itself is absolutely bottom-class and needs to be renovated in some areas and really cleaned well. Quality and pricing does not match at all and so we dont reccomend booking this Hotel.

The hotel locates at the city centre. It is convenient for us to go everywhere. However it lacks air-conditioning. We can do nothing but open the windows to sleep, you can imagine how dangerous it is.

The hotel is very close to the Cathedral and the Bride, the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing. However there is no elevator while the room is on the 3rd floor. Really exhausted to carry all the luggage to such floors!

Excellent location, only about 200 metres away from Cologne cathedral - this made it very practical when arriving at the main train station. The hotel itself is clean but has dark corridors and could do with renovation / modernisation. My room was large and comfortable but the furnishings were basic and the WiFI connection wasn't working at all

Hotel room was in separate building, without clear directions being given. While the room itself was furnished well enough, the shower and hallways were poor.

I arrived at 2:00 hours in the morning and the service was excellent from the night shift. The breakfast is a big buffet with a large selection. The location is just 5 minutes walk from the Main Rail Way station of Cologne. For business travellers highly recommended.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. We are family of three, stayed in 3 persons room. The curtain was torn, the only stool was stained, and the room lighting was dim. When we informed the receptionist about the curtain and asked for something to fix it, the reply was "nothing she can do". Very disappointing 😞

My hotel stay was quite an adventure. Although it was very expensive, the room was incredibly compact, feeling more like a cozy closet. To make things more challenging, there was no elevator, so be prepared to tackle the stairs. The receptionists, unfortunately, were far from welcoming; their rudeness and disorganization resulted in a lengthy check-in process. As if the quirks weren’t enough, the bathroom was located outside the room, making nighttime trips a real trek. To top it all off, the thin walls meant that the sounds of other guests were ever-present, especially during the quiet of the night. This stay definitely left me with some unique and dislikable memories!
