"2 aircon for the 12 bed dormitory is not sufficient. Additional fans also can be helpful. There is no space for ”in room dining” or ”separate dining, have to visit restaraunt. Only 2 attached bathroom and toilet for 12. Bathroom and toilet can be separate so that multiple people can access different facilities at the same time. Wifi didn't work first day, resolved next day morning no fridge in the dormintry buddies swimming pool can be bigger"

"I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office."

"It would be better to give information on check in process. No information was given. Welcome was not done very well. Even in much lower level hotels, they give a welcome drink. We reached to the hotel after five hours of travel by car. The hotel got a plan to arrange airport transport arrangements. However, after several attempts, the hotel failed to assist.
The break fast was very good.
The room is comfortable. The room should be cleaned better. A lot of hair in the room. "

PPANCHALThe hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

NNAOTOThis was my first time staying at this hotel. The room layout was the same as other Ibis hotels. The bed sheets had been washed, but there were several stains on them. I was disappointed that there were no disposable slippers. I guess it's a policy not to provide disposable slippers for Ibis hotels. This may be the standard for a 3 Star hotel.
