Very friendly service Rooms are tidy and fresh. Plenty of room Looked like they had just been refurbished Across from bowling club so in a good spot Chinese over at bowling club I would recommend this Motel Mini bar in room Undercover parking

The staff were very accommodating and placed us top of the cancellation list when a second night was required. The room was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was well designed and the water pressure gave a fabulous shower! Charge back facilities at the Bowling Club, just across the road, and my favourite cafe, Ay Jay's, make life a little easier as well. Definitely will stay there again!

This was our overnight pit stop on a trip from Brisbane to Adelaide. By the time we got there both of us were exhausted, hungry and thirsty. The rooms, whilst being basic, are clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and easy to get on with. As a bonus, the bowls club is right across the road and is open for a feed and drinks.

Friendly staff, room was comfortable & clean, modern bathroom, wifi worked, undercover car parking, quiet area, walk across road to the Bowling Club for dinner. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here with no complaints.

Booked 2 nights using the Motel's website for an Executive Twin Room at a cost of $160/night. The motel is located in a back street opposite the Bowling & Golf Club, which is where we ate both nights. Its a single storey complex shaped like a U. Check in was easy & informative & we were allocated Room 28. Parking is out the front of the unit & is covered with a wide awning. The room was comfortable with plenty of bench space. The wifi was excellent & everything was in good working order. There is a kettle & a courtesy tray of coffee & tea. Biscuits are replenished each day. There is no toaster. There is a mini bar, air con & a TV, none of which we used. The beds are comfortable & the area is quiet at night. We slept really well. The ensuite is a good size. The window is openable & the shower recess is roomy with good pressure. The motel provides a continental breakfast in the dining area off reception from 7-9am. The cost is $18/person. Its self service. Juice, yogurt cereals various breads, condiments, canned spaghetti & baked beans, tea & coffee. We thought it good value, with good quality food & had breakfast here both mornings. Housekeeping staff service the room, unless you opt out of the service. We thought this motel excellent & recommend staying here.

Every time we drive through the west we stay here - it's the pick of the places in town and the only one with interconnecting rooms. Plus it's a 50m walk to the bowling club that does a good Chinese feed.

This motel is not in a quiet part of town as they advertise. There’s a venue/bar right across the road that played very loud music until midnight. It was an unpleasant experience as you can imagine. My friend and I also booked the executive twin room but didn’t get it because, as was told by the manager, the booking system doesn’t show the type of room actually booked. When I tried to speak to the manager in the morning about it she showed no concern, stating none of it was their fault.

Older style motel but clean and comfortable. Is across the street from the Bowling Club which if you are passing through Cobar is a convenient option for food and drink. Friendly and helpful check-in / check out. Good value for money.

Great motel . Off the Main Street so quiet but walking distance from Main Street. Great for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful no fuss accomodation . Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Cobar . Breakfast is available if you want to make an early start .
