Ulasan Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay

We were there for 2 nights over Christmas. The good: The rooms were really nice, and comfy and had a stunning view, the Christmas dinner was just like back home. We were very impressed by the Christmas dinner. The not so good: The rooms were extremely hot, all rooms has central heating, I had to open the doors in the middle of the night, and sat in the hallway, and wanted to sleep on the floor in the hallway, because the rooms were too hot, and it felt like I couldn't breath. The service was good, both gentlemen at reception tried to help us. The next night, they moved us to another room, but it was also too hot, the 3rd room was much better. I suggest the hotel upgrade to individual aircons where guests could control their own temperature.

The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated near the amusement park I wanted to visit. My room was modern and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Breakfast featured a diverse selection of delicious food with plenty of dining space. The gym was well-equipped and impressively spacious. With fewer guests around, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location. one night stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel.

The hotel is new with new facilities, but it’s more or less in the middle of nowhere. Not much around no restaurants or coffee shops, even ******* don’t want to deliver to the hotel. Hopefully that will change in the future, then the hotel might be a good alternative for visitors for the surrounding factories.

Excellent hotel, limited choice of breakfast

Nice hotel near Cixi. Fair price but check in/out service need to be improved, very slow and no feasibility.

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

my colleague had a problem on his credit card, the staff of the hotel helped a lot to solve the problem. hotel itself is beautiful and clean, food is great.
