This hotel is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take you to get documents sorted like the Fiscalia, and it’s walkable distance to a lot of food places and Liverpool which is a very nice mall. They also have an iron to iron clothes and they provide you with water bottles. You can also wash your clothes, they only charge for the soap, they have printers you can use for a small charge. Everyone was very considerate and if you ask them anything they can tell you what you need and where to go. Thank you so much for a comforting stay.

Our stay was truly great, Italia was amazing checking us in and proving amazing tips. However , front desk staff Esmeralda is extremely rude! Speaks so negative and makes direct comments about clients staying in the hotel , especially during breakfast hours. We was informed we would be provided transportation to our next location by the driver, when kindly asking her when the driver would arrive she stated 3 pm , it was 1pm when asked and another staff member shook his head and asked us to wait on the side and made a few calls and helped us out! Truly appreciated the staff member going out his way, I would expect that from front desk but she had a horrible attitude . Possible switch jobs if you can’t handle customer service.

Stay was good, staff friendly and very helpful. Only downside is they do not reimburse you if you stay for less days than what you originally booked for. In our case our visa got approved before the expected check out date so we lost the money for 4 days we didn’t stay.

Just two comments.
The wi fi quality is really low, I hasn't able to connect my computer with the wi fi inside my room, I needed to go to the lobby to do it.
And the bed wasn't comfortable at all, the mattress was too hard.

I had a really pleasant stay at city express jr. CDJ. Everyone that works there is helpful and polite.
Their cleanliness is outstanding. You will always see someone cleaning the common areas.
