Reserve por medio de tripp.com y fue horrible ek hotel no reconoció mi reserva solo reconocen de booking y de ******* me dijeron en la administración
Asi que tuve que esperar mucho para que Reconocieran mi pago y reserva
El buffet fue pesimo el 8 de diciembre de 2023 porque según estaban ocupados para un evento que tendrian asi que la variedad y la comida era muuuy escasa pesimo servicio del restaurante

Beautiful view from the room. Very comfortable accommodations. The restaurant off the hotel lobby was just ok not somewhere I’d go back to. Really a quiet area of town but great walking and taxis were affordable as well.

The room was just fine. Service was mostly fine but there were a few times we called down to the front desk and were immediately put on hold before anyone answered. We assumed they were busy so walked down to the lobby to find out it was empty no one there. When we asked why no one was answering and we were put on hold each time they had no answer at all just looked at us like we are crazy. The other disappointing thing it says and shows a very nice swimming pool area. We checked in and find out its all closed and wont be open the whole week we were there. Lastly there is no workout area as it stated in the amenties. Was not expecting a full gym but maybe just a nice clean outdoor area designated for people that want to exercise. If the front desk service was better and pool open I would give better ratings. The one person there that was great the whole time was Freddy. He did a good job and seemed to care about his work.

I was asked every day if I wanted the room cleaned, I always said yes, but the room was only cleaned once in 5 days. 2 day the electricity went out and had to sleep with no AC

Mal servicio, no había agua, no había agua caliente, la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado deficiente, tuvo que ir mantenimiento a limpiar filtros para que pudiera funcionar correctamente, solo disculpas del los empleados pero sin solucionar las deficiencias, no volvería a este hotel… mal!

Hotel bien. Lo único que si tuvimos inconvenientes cómo que te piden las toallas a las 7:30 pues dicen las van a lavar. O sea si quieres descansar no puedes además a las 9:30 empezaron con su remodelación con golpes muy fuertes. Obvio no avisan que tendrás estos inconvenientes.

El personal de recepción excelente atención, así como los del restaurante y piscina. Pero me llevo una muy mala experiencia respecto a que la limpieza desde que llegamos al hotel el piso de la habitación no estaba limpio, mi niña de dos años andaba descalza y sus pies *****s de suciedad. Al otro día según entro la recamarista. Realmente no hizo limpieza del cuarto. Entramos e igual continuaba sucio el piso, el lavamanos, mesas. Cuando reportamos el incidente. La recamarista vino con enojo y prepotencia a limpiar la habitación. Déjando toda la basura igual el el piso. Y contestandonow que ya era su horario de salida. La verdad en ese aspecto mala experiencia. Igual como sugerencia pongan cambiadores de pañal en el área de piscina y baños se entrada al hotel, varios vamos con niño pequeños a disfrutar la estancia y no hay cambiadores.
