Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

It’s considered good for the price u paid. Do not expect a 5 stars quality when u paying for a 2 stars price. Overall the cleanliness is OK but don’t expect any supplementary like other Hotel, i.e. soap, toothbrush, water, etc…

I stayed for 3 days with my friends. From the first time I checked in to the last time I checked out, I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff I had contact with were very friendly. The breakfast was also good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue SP and had a wonderful experience, even when faced with a minor issue. The water heater in my room wasn't functioning, but the staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to upgrade my room as a solution. The new room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making my stay yeven more enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. Clean and comfortable hotel for a night stay during Chinese new year. Price of RM125 a night is reasonable during festive season.

The rooms & facilities were good, location wise and the nearest places like mall or shops are nearby, but since i stay during festive seasons, felt a bit stranged. Receptionist not at the desk most of the time, and having difficulties to contact from room. Overall, just good for a budget staying..
