I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Great hotel, service is amazing. Only concern is that rooms are relatively old despite having a great bathroom.

Layer is very good, rooms are a little old, rooms were forgotten to clean. Otherwise service is very good. The front office manager is very engaged, very good. He gave me many recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Walk in shower is? excellent. I didn't have dinner. In the afternoon there were various chocolates to test. Pool service is also very friendly Service in the evening excellent and very friendly. I can recommend the hotel very much, The fitness centre is very well equipped with many devices. I liked it well. If I come back I would book the hotel in Kuwait again. Price performance is very good.
