Cambridge is an expensive town. That said, the price of the room did not reflect the amenities or the size of the room. Basically, the bathroom was so small as to be useless, and the bedroom very poorly lit and felt cluttered. The hotel is on top of a very cozy pub near Jesus Green, and within a comfortable walk to city centre. The room was clean and relatively quiet (the pub/hotel are located at a big intersection with frequent traffic). It would be ideal if the room price was closer to 100£, rather than 200£…

The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us.
