環境：因為來江埡泡溫泉，這家民宿成了為數不多的選擇之一。距離溫泉中心很近，出行方便。來了之後才發現店名取自九溪衛的諧音，而九溪衛則是在明洪武年間設立的邊疆衛所，一度其所管轄的範圍很大。看一看客房內放置的《九溪村志》，在九溪衛村走一走，感覺很不錯。店主也是一位熱愛歷史文化從九溪村走出來的企業家。 衛生：客人極少，衛生工作不錯，衹是淋浴房的防水處理的不好，導致水外漏在衛生間裏。 設施：民宿很大，沒有電梯，客房設施基本都全，估計是由於客人極少的原因，沒有提供早餐。 服務：雖然前台小姑娘不是本地人，也能夠向客人熱情的介紹九溪村的大致情況，告訴我們遊覽的路線和早餐的地點；衹是我們預訂的套餐，含雙人鎂溫泉一份，入住的時候沒有主動提供或詢問，專業性尚需提高。 此行大湘西20餘天，發現除個別熱門景點外，大多數景點遊客都屈指可數，連帶着住宿、餐飲和商鋪都十分蕭條冷落，與2019年前有霄壤之別，這種感覺也在很多旅遊從業人員口中得到了證實。

The hotel is very close to the Grand Canyon and Huanglong Cave scenic spots. It is also very convenient to take a bus. The room is large and comfortable, and the balcony with a nice view of the cliff is also very nice. There is also a small river under the hotel. You can go for a walk by the river in the afternoon. It is very comfortable. The breakfast is buffet with many varieties. It's very good!

The room was large, clean and there were not many people at the time of check-in and it was quiet. The hotel restaurant tastes good and the price is real. The hotel has amusement facilities, ranches, ostriches, cattle and sheep, peacocks, you can turn around. The location of the hotel is by the river, the air is good, the scenery is beautiful, and you can go fishing. There is a hill behind the hotel, a pavilion is built, and there are outdoor barbecue facilities. Next time I have the opportunity to invite a few more children to play together and stay for two more days.

I have to say that this place is really beautiful, suitable for taking pictures and punching cards. I came here with my girlfriends, handed over yesterday's troubles to the wind, and quietly enjoyed the tranquility brought by this beautiful scenery. The ingredients are all fresh. The two bosses are super nice, the room is very clean, the bedding is super clean, the public area is large, the children and other children in the room have a lot of fun, the weather is good and there is a self-service barbecue. It is a few minutes drive from Zhangjiajie Ski Resort. I met many coaches and ski friends in the hotel. It is the best choice for skiing. Ctrip did not lie to me. The hotel with the first rating is really great. I stayed for two more days because it was great.

The inn is very close to the hotel. You can take the scenic bus for a few minutes in the morning. It is also a few minutes to walk back to the hotel. It is very convenient. The room facilities are very complete. There is central air conditioning. Clean and tidy. It is suitable for children with elderly people. The boss is very intimate to help us take the luggage upstairs. Give me We introduced the tourist route and helped us book tickets. There are many discounts. Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious.
