We originally chose another hotel but there was a problem so customer service assigned us this one. When we arrived, we checked in with a really nice girl who welcomed us really well. The rooms are good overall. A few shortcomings but nothing serious. The breakfast is huge. There was something for everyone. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Which is a plus. On the other hand, it is not very well located. In the evening, we stayed without dinner because no restaurant was open in the area. There is a tram nearby to go to the city but it does not work in the evening.

The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable. There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful. For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops. The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot. I would stay again. 👍
