I stayed here for a week for work by myself. I would happily come here for romance or with family: Great location in town, big comfy bed, everything in the room worked as you would expect. The dinner was great every night with an ever changing 3 course menu. The standout point for me, are the staff. Friendly but not overbearing, courteous but not too polite. Over the week I had a few little things that I needed help with. Reception just went above and beyond to make it so. Genuine value for money too compared to elsewhere locally. Ci vediamo pronto. Thank you for looking after me.

The location was good. Everything else was average. Problems at check in (but we do realize these things happen), staff not friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean but a tired looking. It was adequate but not sure I would stay again.

ottimo hotel , personale simpatico e gentile, ottima cena . Se andate a Citta di Castello lo consiglio vivamente, noi ci siamo stati una notte ma ci siamo trovati proprio bene, abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante e siamo stati contenti

La struttura è effettivamente datata negli arredi e nelle dotazioni. Di positivo la posizione appena dentro le mura ma a pochi passi dal centro e dunque dai monumenti principali. Effettivamente la disponibilità di posti auto nella strada lungo l'hotel è esigua ma stavolta è andata bene e per noi il posto c'era. Prezzo in linea con la sistemazione fornita.

Questo hotel è nel bellissimo centro storico della città. È arredato con mobilia molto datata, anni 70. La mia camera era confortevole, con discrete dotazioni. Peccato trovare, nel bagno, il cestino con i segni della presenza del precedente ospite. La colazione è stata buona, con una discreta varietà. Conto corretto.

La foto non è stata scattata a Città di Castello ma a Perugia ed esattamente in Piazza IV Novembre; lo prova la fotografia, allegata alla presente, che io stesso ho scattato nella città di PERUGIA. Mi sembra giusto segnalarlo perché potrebbe trarre generare confusione.

Hotel datato, in condizioni modeste; colazione misera sia di qualità che di varietà. Grande confusione nella gestione del riscaldamento (alle 3 di notte caldo e alle 8 del mattino, ora della doccia, freddo). Insomma, alla stessa cifra, in zona si trova di meglio.
