Is a nice hotel for photos, the hotel look great likes castle, however the hotel don’t have any international plug point.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast very good. But the room too small for me. But the interior hotel keren, like a castle. Will come back maybe next time.

Nice hotel wirh clasic european style. Although it is old hotel but it still well maintained. This hotel is suitable for pre wedding and wedding party. The breakfast is very delicious and so many variety. Children and adult can enjoy the food. Many photo spot can be taken but should use phone camera. Dslr camera is not allowed due to the hotel’s regulation.

Very nice n cosy place Though Far n deep inside But worth it Room is spacious n very Balinese style It's a different world inside once you enter No regrets staying

Really interesting architecture, great old styled decor, a wonderful selection of food for breakfast. The restaurant has a good menu and great wine selection. Staff are friendly and professional. The room seemed a little dated and could use some TLC but don't let that put you off the experience.

a comfortable hotel to rest, feels like being in a fairy tale land, there are capel and castles, friendly hotel staff, spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms, super delicious and complete breakfast menu, minus the swimming pool the water is as cold as refrigerator water, but still a hotel the best choice for holidays and places to rest, hopefully in the future the service can be improved, thank you GH Universal Hotel Bandung
