Hotel dengan Airport pickup service di Cicendo

The hotel was going through renovation works. I asked for non smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the corridor smelled of smoke. When I increased the fan speed of the aircon, the smoke smell intensified. I had a hard time trying to sleep. The toilet flush was faulty and continued flushing. The hotel prides itself as an environmentally friendly establishment but when asked to borrow cutleries, the staff informed that they do not loan such items. These practices will encourage guests to use disposables. Breakfast spread was average. Tried to call staff for assistance with luggage for check out but line was busy for 10 min. Brought down luggage on my own for check out.

Clean hotel, good location. However the towels were very, very dirty. The shower was also broken and couldn't be attached to the handle, so you had to hold it. There is no hot water for bathing at 12 at night. Need to improve...

This is our favourite hotel during this trip. It’s spacious, the room is immaculately clean, the breakfast spread is wide and the interior of the whole hotel is just modern and classy. Everything is almost perfect here

Hotel dengan lokasi strategis di wilayah Pasteur. Fasilitas kolam renang yang menjadi daya tarik. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan dan mohon diberikan opsi kamar dengan sarapan agar tidak perlu lagi mencari sarapan di luar. Di sebelah hotel ada shuttle travel dan pusat penjualan oleh-oleh khas Bandung.

The advantage is that it is very close to the Bandung Railway Station. The hotel can provide chartered car service, 750,000 / 12 hours, the price is ok, and the driver is good. The front desk was beautiful on the day we checked in. The disadvantage is that the hotel facilities are old, the pool gym is also relatively small, a total of 5 floors. In addition to going out to eat also have to walk more than 1 km.
