Hôtel la Caravelle

An over night stop. A good but expensive restaurant just 500 yards away. Next day a short walk into to old part of town.

Lovely historic building in a beautiful location. The accomodations and customer service were excellent - friendly, helpful and accomodating. We also purchased the breakfast and it was perfect. Would love to have been able to stay longer.

A small hotel in a good location, public parking was difficult due to a busy weekend. Hotel parking was 17 euros per night as a last resort. Good breakfast at additional cost. Good location for restaurants in Ciboure and Socoa. The road was quite busy at the fron of the hotel.

Disgusting stay! We stayed in the room number 7, initially we loved it as it has a little garden with a table. Shortly after we noticed the bed and mattress had mould, the shower was not clean (mould in all junctions and hair from someone else...), and the bed sheets were dirty. On top of that, the wifi didnt reach the bedroom, the bedroom floor was sticky and there was nobody in reception after 6pm (despite it says in the website says there ia someone until 8pm...). The biggest dissapointment arrived when we called ******* to be reallocated to a different room and the owner hang up the phone several times. We had to stay in that room as reallocation to another hotel was not an option for us. If it helps to anyone: parking near the hotel door is quite limited and the nearby parking is quite busy (maximum parking ticket time is 10h). The receptionist only speaks french and a bit of Spanish. English is not an option. We were not expecting this as all reviews were great and maybe other rooms are in better conditions... We will not come back!!

Ets avec un accueil correct mais chambre sans eau chaude avec une tringle à rideaux que vous prenez sur la tête quand vous ouvrez la fenêtre dangereux pour les enfants car pas de garde corps. Petit déjeuner cher avec produits discount et absence de parking pour le véhicule pour un tarif en saison annoncé à 135 euro !!! À éviter.

Hôtel facile à trouver, très propre, calme à cette période de l année. Chambre très agréable. Il est en face de Saint Jean de Luz qui est accessible à pied en15 minutes.

Hotel pequeñito con mucho encanto, trato inmejorable y el desayuno riquisimo, volveriamos a alojarnos alli Esta junto a San Juan de Luz, para llegar hay que dar un paseo a lo largo del puerto, el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicacion, El unico "problema" que le vimos fue el aparcamiento, nosotros tuviomos duerte y aparcamos justo en la puerta del hotel

Rapport qualité / prix correct. Cependant la salle de bain est vétuste.
