Very helpful front desk customer service staffs. Room is spacious and clean. Provided laundry services in a speedy manner. Will stay again during my next visit to chuxiong.

The front desk service was excellent. On the first day I arrived, they were considerate and showed me the room. I checked in only after I was satisfied. I knew I was bringing an elderly person with me, but I was worried that it would be inconvenient for the elderly to live in a duplex building. There are also free hot spring tickets, and it only takes 5 minutes to drive. It was a very satisfying accommodation experience. The hotel is 2.6 kilometers away from the Yi Ancient Town. The ancient town is very unique at night and I like it very much.

We arrived at the hotel quickly from the Chuxiong West Expressway. Parking is convenient and the service is friendly (the front desk showed us the room). The linen is brand new and the room is large. The hot springs are a little far away and the children had a great time. The breakfast was average, but the restaurant service staff took the initiative to explain that the team had just left and there was a shortage of dishes. They enthusiastically asked what they needed and delivered it quickly. Thumbs up👍 A taxi from Yi Ancient Town costs 11 yuan, and you can eat and go shopping in the evening.

The hotel belongs to a resort area and is mainly a transit point for tour groups. When I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock that night, there were no hot springs to soak in. They wouldn't open until noon the next day, so I couldn't experience the hot springs. For breakfast, because of the tour group meal, there was nothing when we entered the restaurant at 9 o'clock. Fortunately, we cooked a bowl of noodles and a few fried eggs. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. It is recommended to eat in the surrounding area. There is a farmhouse not far away that has good food. See the picture.

The room is clean and spacious, very close to the forest hot spring, and I have a good night's sleep after taking a bath. The balcony is also very big. At night, our family would breathe oxygen on the balcony. It would be amazing if there were stars! The front desk was also very enthusiastic. As soon as we came in, he took the trouble to help us choose the room type and helped with washing and drying. It was a very good experience. We will choose this hotel again if we come back! I was too tired to take many photos of the hotel, so I’ll post some fungi from the market hahahahaha

該酒店從設施到服務非常棒，對我們一羣退休旅遊的人來説有家的感覺，感覺到家的温暖。因為酒店贈送的温泉票有點距離，服務人員暖心接送，而且給我們提供詳細地旅遊攻略，甚至餐廳服務員也主動詢問我們早餐口味，現炒蔬菜煎雞蛋，總之每位員工都笑眯眯，有問必答，而且酒店收費合理，性價比高，推薦入住。

房間感覺是商鋪改造的，定房後，前台妹妹帶我們實地看房間後再確定入住。前台妹妹態度很好，主動幫我們洗衣並做指引。早餐管飽。睡得不舒服，發現床墊居然都沒撕保護膜😂。浴室衞生有點差，保潔阿姨應該把業務能力跟上了。

環境挺好的，兩層別墅設計，還有陽台，可以坐在陽台喝喝茶，聊聊天，衞生比較乾淨，前台小胡美女還幫忙拿行李，早餐以不錯的喲，下次出行還選擇這加酒店

店家一點誠信都沒有，提前訂好的房間，開了幾百公里到酒店，結果前台説房間沒了。沒有解釋原因，就直接跟我説房間沒了！喊我們去另外一家酒店入住。房間沒了也不提前通知，到了酒店才跟你説！不管你願不願意，就安排你到其它酒店，要不就退款！這種酒店趁早關門！
