It was wonderful stay! We booked a standard room with garden view and even this one was comfy and spacious. Breakfast is rich, beautiful view to the lake from the restaurant. Another pleasure was outdoor swimming pools, which make you feel like in Sanya or Thailand.

Came here with my fiancé and it was a really good experience. It is really close to the nature and a nice getaway. We are definitely coming back next time.

Nice hotel and amazing views of the lake. Good breakfast, but I would have liked some better mixture of Western and Eastern choices. Swimming pools and gym looked nice, but we didn’t use them. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

The hotel is excellent. Amazing view and the staff are very nice. They worked hard to help us find fun excursions. I’m very happy, I picked this hotel.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

We were really impressed with this hotel. It is in a fantastic location- lovely lake views and right next to the main wharf. The facilities are excellent and there is a good range of food at breakfast, including cereals and pastries. Staff do not speak English but will do their best to help. We would stay again.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time .

Good location close to lots of point of interest. Good view from room balcony. One of the room is leaking water, carpet is always wet you able to see clear water marks.

Very well located, very nice views to the lake. Lobby Manager Wang service is very good Food is decent. 3 outdoor swimming pool. Chinese buffet. Rooms are a bit old but still in good condition.

My name is Kate, I traveled a lot around the world and in China in particular, I chose this hotel based on reviews, we checked in on the spot, at first guys from the reception were told that there were only expensive rooms (until I did online registration), the room was immediately found, we were registered for a very long time, but we kept a positive attitude:) after that we went swimming, met a beautiful sunset, there were very few people. After I met a cockroach in the room (of course!), the TV remote didn't work, the buttons on the TV itself didn't work either, but decided not to sit in my room for a long time, went to the reception to ask for board games (cards, chess) to play in the lobby, but they told me that they didn't have any board games (asked on both languages). I asked where the store was - they said it was a 10-minute taxi ride away.... Okay, that's weird.… Now, before writing a review, I see "a room with board games" :)))) Very strange staff, lights are turned off early everywhere, no music - absolute silence everywhere, the exit to the balcony at the reception is locked at 11 pm.... What for? I've never seen this before. Very strange staff, although a beautiful hotel, but I definitely don't want to come here again!! And by the way - before checking in, we took a deposit of 1000¥, keep in mind! Staff 2/10 Sunset 100/10
