Ulasan Qiandaohu Aden Hotel

The hotel was amazing. To bad we could not swim in the pool because its opening in the nexy month. The breakfast was great and the view stunning.

A great stay with plenty to do around the area. The hotel itself has a fantastic indoor pool, billiards, and ping pong. With multiple restaurants and views there was plenty for us to do for the weekend!

This was not a good experience. The first room they put us was not what we paid for. Staff at the front desk claimed it was an upgrade, but the room that we had paid for was more expensive on the website and listed as 'Superior' and the room they put us was the standard double, so I don't understand how that could be the case. The room also stank of stale cigarettes. They moved us to a second room and as we walked into it, a handy-man walked out in wet overalls and we saw that the bathroom had a leak and there was water and tools all over the floor. We asked to be moved again. The third room was very nice in what they described as the recently refurbished section of the hotel. Which begs the question, why on earth did they not put us in that room to start with? The hotel was only running at about 10-20% capacity, so who were the saving the recently refurbished rooms for?! The views are nice here, and the breakfast was good, but half of the facilities were closed, people would smoke in the lifts or in the hallways - right next to no smoking signs - and staff would not ask them to stop. The whole place felt tired. I would not go back, and I do not recommend.

It was wonderful stay! We booked a standard room with garden view and even this one was comfy and spacious. Breakfast is rich, beautiful view to the lake from the restaurant. Another pleasure was outdoor swimming pools, which make you feel like in Sanya or Thailand.

Came here with my fiancé and it was a really good experience. It is really close to the nature and a nice getaway. We are definitely coming back next time.

Nice hotel and amazing views of the lake. Good breakfast, but I would have liked some better mixture of Western and Eastern choices. Swimming pools and gym looked nice, but we didn’t use them. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

The hotel is excellent. Amazing view and the staff are very nice. They worked hard to help us find fun excursions. I’m very happy, I picked this hotel.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

We were really impressed with this hotel. It is in a fantastic location- lovely lake views and right next to the main wharf. The facilities are excellent and there is a good range of food at breakfast, including cereals and pastries. Staff do not speak English but will do their best to help. We would stay again.

Amazing service and location

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time .

Good location close to lots of point of interest. Good view from room balcony. One of the room is leaking water, carpet is always wet you able to see clear water marks.
