Hotel is located near to the qiandao lake center, however room housekeeping requests is rather slow (had to wait 15-20min for any requests). And rooms can be a little dark and dim at night. Liu Xiang the housekeeper was really nice and friendly though.

Room is very spacious and very comfortable. It has a wonderful balcony facing the lake. Great place to chill in the evening watching the sun set

Great view! Rich breakfast. The pressure of the shower was extraordinary. The room had a balcony, which was great in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and the silence of the lake.

We book 2 nights an exclusive lake view room. The lounge 17F was very low in service, you get drinks and food between 5:30-7:30pm and loud music. On lake side the hotel did construction staring before 8am was very noisy and front desk did not care. They offered some chocolate, for compensation. The pool was dirty and freezing cold. The worst Sheraton I have been and I can not recommend.

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

The location is excellent, you can see Qiandao Lake from the balcony, the hotel has its own dock, and it is convenient for yacht trips. The housekeeper Xiao Pan added WeChat in advance and informed the hotel location in detail, made an appointment for travel photography, the travel plan for the second day, and the details of hotel transportation. The communication was smooth and meticulous. The breakfast was very rich. This time I booked a 1-bedroom and 1-living room suite, the room is nearly 80 square meters, with two bathrooms, and the length of the corner balcony is at least 20 meters. The living experience is comfortable. The hotel travel photography is on the 3rd floor. Make an appointment in advance, and leave the rest to the photographer. The photographer Xiao Zhang is professional and enthusiastic, helping to carry the backpack all the way and taking care of the elderly. The gentleman who helped select the film was also very good, and the communication was smooth. Very heartwarming. A very perfect trip to Qiandao Lake.

The room is large and comfortable, with complete facilities. Standing on the terrace, you can see part of Qiandao Lake, which has a nice view. Exclusive parking lot, breakfast variety is rich and tastes good. The food in the Chinese restaurant is also very good, and the service is warm and thoughtful!

If you want to choose a lake view room, Sheraton is definitely the best choice, especially for lazy travelers who can enjoy the scenery without going out. The star hotel service is also good. The housekeeper Xiao Fang got in touch very early and informed us in detail about the hotel parking and venue, and responded to the questions raised by customers in a timely manner. I used to stay here for company team building and other things. This is my first time to stay here on my own. Overall, it is good. The only regret is that it is an old brand hotel after all, and it is a little behind the times in terms of intelligence and some facilities. But I heard that it has been renovated and adjusted. I hope to have a better experience next time.

The hotel housekeeper Cora Pan called me early to add WeChat, reminded me of the precautions for check-in, and waited for us in the lobby to take us to the room. Because I had booked a one-bedroom suite before, I found that it was not very convenient for my mother who uses a wheelchair to live in the suite after checking in. After telling the housekeeper Cora, she actively handled the arrangements. The hotel was full that day, and the next morning, the guest checked out and immediately changed to the best lake view room. She also suggested that we pack our luggage before going out to play and help us send it to the new room. This kind of thoughtful service is the five-star quality of Greentown Sheraton. Not only Cora, a tall and thin concierge doorman took the initiative to pick up the car for us when he learned that we were afraid of entering and exiting the underground garage, and took the initiative to observe whether the guests needed parking help, which was touching. In addition, the service of restaurant staff, room aunties, cleaning sisters and other positions in the hotel is also very good, smiling and polite, and responsive...
