They refused to refund my doubled booking they charged me for two rooms for the same night

The room smells like toilet No bottled water provided no electric pot The really important thing is that when I went to check out, the staff knocked two or three times to talk on the phone from a place I couldn't see for about 5 minutes. Didn't you know you were calling me? He argued that I grumbled that it was difficult because I was the only one I asked for a receipt At first, they said no, but later issued a receipt for the $50 they deposited. Worst motel ever

Hotel is good. Shower is quite strong compared to other hotels. Nice view of San Francisco.

I never got a chance to stay because I reserved a room at 11pm and didn’t get there till 1am and no one never answered for me to check in.

The property manager was noticeably irritated when the card entry system didn’t work and he had to open the doors to multiple rooms voicing that he’s doing all of us a favor since it was during his break. I was there at 3 to check in and had to use the self check in machine which takes forever itself and multiple people were waiting for help

Most horrible trip I booked this room was never told on the website we had to have a credit card or a major credit card to check in had to sit in his driveway for literally 12 and a half hours he would not rent as the room he would not refund us I would never ever ever go back to this hotel so unfriendly so unprofessional and I'm going to make sure that every single one of my tiktok friends make tick tocks about this so I can get at least 150 million people to know exactly what kind of crap of a business that you run sir

Have hard time checking-in cause there was no Lve receptionist to assist us, only virtual assistant that we can not understand each other because the Audio was very poor. The virtual assistant made an error on our check-out date which was March 9, instead of March 10.But when we checked out on March 9, we were told by the receptionist named Vipul, that our check out date was Mar 10 and not Mar 9. But I told the receptionist to cancel Mar 10 for I was able to arrange with my girlfriend already if my guests can sleep with us on Mar 9 which she agreed.The receptionist told me that I have to call ******* and tell ******* that my guests only sleep for one night on Mar 8 only, so that Alpine can refund me thru ******* the other night. Attached herewith is the receipt when we check-in for your perusal and review.

The check-in is all automated via a kiosk. Not a fan. The place needs a remodel. People were coming and going all night. There was a lot of noise at all hours of the night. Parking was good and the place was clean enough. However, the headboards were stained and gross. I'll spend more money and drive farther next time to have a nicer hotel.

It was smelly floor was dirty bathroom was not clean . And I would like my deposit back I been waiting for my deposit

Was okay overall, but had difficulty checking out. There was no one in the front and no one answered the phone.

It’s a very great choice if you’re just staying near the airport for one to two nights. The price is very reasonable. But if you’re traveling, it’s not anything luxury. The air conditioning is broken in my room. I spent a very cold late night in room 102. I don’t know how other rooms’ air conditioners, but mine is not working. They say they’re going to repair it, I believe they would! Other than that, the bed is clean, everything is clean, the water is good, very warm.

We were surprised to be informed that check-ins from online booking ends at 10pm. Alpine Inn will make a new reservation in their website and declare a No-Show in the ******* reservation. I am still waiting if ******* will refund us.
