Location is good with a car, and the there are more than enough amenities at the place. We had heated pads and a separate heater in the room, and there was air conditioning as well.
Overall the room was spacious and homey. My mum and I quickly got used to the stay and we loved it.

整條街都是Motel 這家還算不錯，中規中矩，有停車位，房間寛闊，干浄衛生，服務員親切，一家人住了兩天。

We stayed for a week visiting family. The family room was a good size but floors and carpet grubby and dusty, hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived and wasn’t the whole time. Kitchen and bathroom floors filthy and dusty. Trying to find someone in the office almost impossible. Ripped net curtains. Couch was broken with metal rods and springs poking out (in fairness they did replace the couch). Ran out of clean towels, loo paper etc and had to ask multiple times to get them replaced. It wasn’t too expensive and we didn’t want five star, but it should have been clean.

Was asked to pay upfront on checking in to this Motel in swanky Merivale. Upon opening the door, I saw why! we would not have paid for the room if we had seen it first hand and run a mile. The smoke detector was missing (I later found it in a drawer)the unit was well past its replacement date. The shower looks to be rotting away. While the decor was shabby and uncared for, paint was peeling off the walls and in need of a complete refresh. Stains on the carpet with dust and grime around all skirting boards. I would highly recommend you stay clear of this dump and dont waste your money. What a sorry state of a motel. I would be highly embarrassed if I was the proprietor of this Motel.

Great location, friendly staff and clean with everything we needed. Easy walk to merivale restaurants and bus to city. Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Maybe a few more cups and plates would be useful but otherwise great place and would recommend. Very spacious and quiet too.
