There was no room available when we arrived, so the store arranged for us to stay at another motel about 2 kilometers away. It was a lower diamond level than this one, the hotel was older, and the room type was one level lower. But fortunately, the room was big enough, and the flight was only for one night, so I didn't have to worry about decoration, so I didn't bother to bother with it. The store said that Ctrip actually made the reservation through *******. After the store found out that there was no room available, they proactively sent a lot of messages, but Ctrip didn't convey it to them. All I received here were Ctrip’s booking success notifications and check-in reminders. After reporting the problem to Ctrip, a small portion of the price difference was refunded, and that was it. It was fun to see a black cat when checking out.
