Ulasan Chateau on The Park - Christchurch, A Doubletree by Hilton

This hotel is in heart of the city. We had a convenient stay in Riccarton-Christchurch. The room is very nice and also the garden landscape. Even though the breakfast varieties is not much but the food is good.

Great location just across the park from city centre. Nice garden and a historical site too.

We are on the road trip in New Zealand for 6 days now, this is by far the best hotel I’ve been. We like it so very much! The location is very close to the botanical garden, lots of restaurants nearby, very centralized. The hotel itself is very pretty with English garden all around the property, you can see the very well maintained flowers from every direction, it’s surreal, so so pretty, you have to come to enjoy this lovely view, the pictures can’t do the justice. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful, I changed 16 dollars to coins to do laundry. Our room is very quiet and super clean and close to the guess laundry room. The dinner was fantastic and breakfast was served with oatmeal! After 6 breakfast from different hotels with similar English breakfast dishes, I was surprised by the oatmeal served in this place. Best dinner in town, my husband was very impressed by the service, the ambiance and atmosphere. We have been 20 countries, trust me, this is one of the best hotel I’ve been in New Zealand and the world! It’s a pleasure and privilege to stay in such great hotel for one night!!

Super good hotel, right next the park and have a garden inside. Tried the restaurant there which is good as well. Also prepared welcome cookies for customers. But no tooth brush, toothpaste and water provided.

Good location and with free parking is a plus. The hotel is kinda dated but can tell that they refurbished the rooms. Overall it is a decent stay.

Decent place for short stay. Reasonable price, good location, clean. Worth your money!

This hotel, although is some walking distance away from town centre offers free parking and a beautiful garden. The room is a bit old fashioned but there are bath robes and slippers provided which is a good touch. It is also a convenient driving distance from the airport.

Firstly, I would say the hotel is dated and is in need of refurbishment. But the hotel staff are brilliant, the rooms are clean and tidy, the location is good and the car parking is plenty and free. The hotel room was clean, but had scuff marks on the walls and the bathtub had chips out of it. But this is due to it being dated, the beds were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Happy with our stay at doubletree as usual. Room service was great and team was extremely helpful

The location is a bit outside of Christchurch but it was very quiet and nice. The placebo garden with lots of flowers was a delight.

Clean nice view service was excellent.  I will definitely visit on my next trip.

Nice but very strict with check in time and poor soundproof. I’d find somewhere else later.
