Ulasan Qixiannv Homestay (Xiannv Mountain Shop)

Saya konfirmasi ke layanan pelanggan berkali-kali bahwa saya harus check out pukul 7:00 keesokan paginya dan bertanya apakah mereka bisa membantu menyiapkan sarapan sederhana. Sayangnya, layanan pelanggan bersikeras bahwa saya harus menunggu hingga pukul 7:30 untuk sarapan, jadi saya harus pergi bersama anak-anak saya dalam keadaan lapar pagi-pagi sekali. Saya ingin bertanya, apakah tidak ada tamu yang menginap di hotel tersebut dan ingin pulang lebih awal? Dan ketika saya check out pukul 7:00 pagi, saya tidak menemukan seorang pun di meja resepsionis. Pelayanannya juga buruk.

Nice place- comfy bed and all. Reception area is nice but too bad not properly make use, maybe off peak season No heater at restaurant and toilet. Too too cold… Had their stewed chicken hot pot dinner. Soup is ok, just that the 配菜 really is just radish, potatoes and vegetables. Chicken has little meat n lots of bones.

Everything is fine just that the heater is not working with the 0 degree celcius on that day.

This was so lovely. The room was huge with a separate sofa & tv area. very tastefully decorated & the bed was really comfy. The bathroom & bathtub were great. The surrounding were really quiet & peaceful too. The breakfast included was delicious with quite a variety of tasty dishes. We walked to the main part of the town to have a look in the morning & the gingko trees turning yellow were beautiful. One of the best places we stayed at.

The best minsu I’ve stayed. Room is really spacious, very nice furnishings and all amenities provided. Very clean and well-maintained. Location is away from main town which we like because it’s so serene and peaceful. Can order takeaway so not an issue. Staff are so friendly and hospitable, requests made through WeChat & responded quickly. Breakfast is home-style food cooked by a friendly auntie, very homely yummy food which we love. Would recommend this minsu especially for families.

The hotel is very charming, next to the beautiful mountains. The rooms are similar to 5 star hotels I have previously stayed in. We stayed in the large suite, with a walk in closet, big bathroom, living room (with TV), desk, bathtub, king size bed, and patio. The hotel staff are the most friendly and accommodating! The hostess personally drove us to and picked us up from the tourist center for 2 days. We insisted on paying or tipping her but she refused the money and said she was happy to do it for the guests! Also I’m not sure what time check in is but we arrived at 12:30pm and since the room was ready they escorted us to our rooms immediately upon arrival. The hostess offered to bring our breakfast to our room, if we felt too lazy to come downstairs to eat. The staff is really just too amazing! 5🌟酒店的水平。房间很大，新装修，住得很舒服。我们房间可能有40多平方有衣柜，客厅，阳台，浴缸，淋浴，卫生间，桌子还有大床。 主人真的太客气了，她帮我们接送到游客中心。我们想给她一些小费，她不收。我们12:30中午到了酒店，主人说房间已经打扫好，所以我们马上可以住进去。主人也跟我们说我们不想到楼下去吃早饭，她们会帮早饭送到房间里。 这家酒店真的很优秀 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

100% recommend this place! One of my best experience ever! Staffs are super friendly! They tried their best to provide foods for us based on our appetite since we are not Chinese. They washed our clothes for free. Also, helped us with the information of places to visit. The room and its design was also very nice and clean.

The room was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. Upgraded my room. Many places were not open due the off-peak season. Good place to relax, let tranquility sits in. Breakfast was simple but good and home cook style, healthier choice. Overall, a good stay.

I didnt expect that the service the hotel gave us is above and beyond. My Mom in law arrived before check in time but the receptionist allowed her to check in. Later on when I checked in, they realised that 1 of our rooms was occupied by 3 people. They upgraded us to a bigger room. The receptionist as well as the lady in the breakfast room were so nice and kind. The room is so clean. The breakfast choice is not extensive but enough. The ambience of the hotel is so serene. So sad that we only stayed for 1 night. This is a really nice place to relax and chill, refreshed yourself. I would recommend this hotel, definitely

Great service at the reception. Room is clean and new. Breakfast selection was limited but great taste and service. Owner also offered a couple of free trips to tourist centre. Overall, this is a great place to relax and enjoy Wulong attractions.

The hotel is probably the best in the local area if you’re looking to check around the local tourist spots. Just grab a taxi via app or get the receptionist to help you, she’s extremely helpful! It’s got a good AC so whether hot or cold - you’re all set. There’s a convenience store a couple minutes walk downhill, some Chinese restaurants. All of the tourist attractions are a couple minutes away - if not bringing a car, I suggest communicating with your driver to hire him/her to wait for you wherever you’re going to for ease of mind. Yeah, I don’t think you’d get anything better than this hotel around the area. If you’re thinking of the price, the comfort itself is worth it. Just book it already!
