房間非常整潔，像一個小型公寓，設備齊全，有冰箱，全自動洗衣機，電視等，熱水供應，洗頭洗澡以及洗衣服都很方便，有陽台，可供歇息喝茶。負責人態度很好，有啥問題都會及時解決，待人熱情。而且該公寓離四面山很近，地理位置很好

臟亂差，沙發上有黴菌，回來直接細菌感染了，兩個人去醫院花了好幾百，好幾天都不見好；
地暖如同虛設，開了一個晚上都沒有任何温度變化，整個房間如同冰窖；
熱水器不加熱，沒有熱水可用
WiFi不能用
極度崩潰的入住體驗，各方面均無保障
第一次住到這麼臟的酒店，空調、地暖、熱水均無，WiFi不能使用，前台沒人，差到極點
好好的週末親子游體驗感全無

總體來説還可以，户型比較緊湊，也符合公寓的氣質。酒店在四屏鎮的大道邊上，離四面山東門很近，因為是新建的區域，周邊沒有吃得，必須開車去兩公里以外的四屏鎮上吃，自駕出行的毫無壓力。早餐是公寓配送的，很簡單，一個雞蛋，兩個小饅頭，鹹菜少許，白粥一碗。因為在其他地方的斯維登酒公寓住過，都是差不多的感覺。房型是一室一廳，比較小，卧室衹有1.5的床，對於親子出遊不太方便，客廳有沙發，可以當床用，如果要公寓提供床單被褥這些，要額外收費100元。因為是五一期間，價格稍貴。
