5 stars - A Wonderful Stay at Langxi Resort Hotel!
We had an amazing stay at Langxi Resort Hotel (Chongqing Monument to the people's Liberation Hongyadong Store). The service was exceptional, and the staff (especially 小张) were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the highlights was having access to a washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient for travelers. Although our room didn’t have a window, it surprised us with a beautiful small garden inside, making the atmosphere very calming and aesthetic. It truly felt like a happy and peaceful place to stay. I will definitely come back here again in the future!

我们在朗玺度假酒店（重庆解放碑洪崖洞店）的住宿非常愉快。服务非常出色，工作人员（小张）礼貌周到。酒店还提供洗衣机和烘干机，非常方便旅客使用。虽然我们的房间没有窗户，但里面有一个漂亮的小花园，营造了非常宁静、舒适的氛围。这里真的让人感到开心和放松。我一定会再次光顾这家酒店！

第一天來重慶就住在這裏，真是超乎我的想象！
整個酒店🏨裝潢裝置非常高端大氣‼️
彷彿步入某科幻大片🤖，而且設施齊全，帶超大的游泳池🏊♀️、餐廳🍴和健身房🏋️
這個泳池太好拍啦！“咔擦咔擦”出片📷，落地窗外就是繁華的都市🌃，超有feel～💕
早餐非常豐盛，有西餐🍳、中餐🥟和米線🍜自選，對標五星級🌟酒店標準👍
也可以洗衣服👗，還幫忙烘乾和疊好，簡直是酒店中的海底撈式服務💁！
房間里居然還帶個小花園⛲️和大浴缸，身處綠色植被🍃間泡澡🛁，感覺像是進入了重慶森林🌳，別有一番滋味！
酒店地理位置也很好，就在大名鼎鼎的解放碑和洪崖旁邊，去景點閑逛🚶➡️購物🛍️走路就到，很方便～

本來對人均100一晚的酒店沒有抱有太大期望
沒想到入住後！
酒店裡充滿意想不到的驚喜
剛進酒店check就被科技感滿滿的設計吸引住了
更沒想到的是check完發現房間裏超級漂亮
房間裏就有屬於自己的綠野仙蹤
可以在這片小天地泡澡

不要訂！不要訂！不要訂！完全被四💎和新開業給誤導了。
酒店所在大廈樓層很高，但是電梯衹有三個，上下都需要等很久。大樓裏還有餐飲和別的商業，魚龍混雜，整體破破的，氣味難聞。進到大堂，第一眼還行，但是細看全是豆腐渣工程，很像是盤了上一家酒店重新簡易包裝。
第一晚洗澡，沒有熱水，聯繫前台，前台居然叫裹個浴巾去隔壁房間洗澡！又説是熱水設備在換季調試，工程師在趕過來了，就這樣又尷尬等了20分鐘，還是沒熱水，並且説不能保證修好。
酒店員工拎着一個小紙袋“上門慰問”，我們問她今晚入住多嗎，人家沒熱水怎麼處理的。結果她磕磕巴巴説了句有30幾間，明明我們周圍的房間都沒人，大門全都敞開，那姑娘自己都忍不住想笑。最後衹退了100，第二天一大早趕緊逃了。
希望大家為了家人的健康與旅途的好心情，務必慎重挑選酒店。7月新開的酒店如此破敗，浴室門是壞的，到處漏水；一次性拖鞋是破爛的，鞋底是臟的，一看就是別人用過再回收，連洗都不洗；上個客人用剩下的一小卷廁紙不更換繼續給下一位用。。。表面衞生都做不好，其他可想而知🙂

服務：沒有到酒店前電話聯繫前台，前台的小黃，小冉很熱情的把酒店停車場地址發給我，到酒店後有又熱情好客的辦理了入住並幫忙把東西拿到房間，主動積極的告知設施的注意事項並明確説了早餐的時間，她們的服務太好了。感謝🙏🙏

酒店還是出乎意料 原因為一樓的進口有些失望 但沒想到出了四樓電梯 眼前一亮 前台小妹妹也服務熱情 給我們免費提供了早餐券 雖然我們起得晚沒有用到 房間寬敞乾淨 床也很舒服 特別表揚一下前台的接待小黃 熱情的幫我們洗衣烘衣 礦泉水也是無限供應 我們的重慶之旅非常愉快
